This is a real suck company. The customer service from India do not understand us.I booked air tickets to Bangkok travel in Nov2011.Due to the flood situation I had to cancel the trip.Zuji CS told me I do not need to cancel just hold on to the ticekt til Dec2011 as Thai Airway agree to defer till Dec2011 but subsequently it was further defer to 15Feb2012.I tried to call the CS to make my confirmation to travel in Feb2012 but they told me my ticket have expired. That the hell...I asked them to give me Zuji Singapore HQ office, they are unable to provide. What is the use of CS? They keep telling me to refer to the website and my ticket have expired. So why shld I booked thru the agent? They cannot help us?Please tell me what I shld do?

SUCK. The meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE changed by ZUJI. Cheap phone line. STUPID INDIANsssss (I Meant all of them in ZUJI India) I really mean stupid who will only know how to push away to Airline or To call you back later which never call you again , who tell you that they are profession who want to help to to solve your problem, problem remain unchange but got worst you you stressed up the more to talk to these animal who can surprisingly speak human language.

Don't call the customer service line that link to India 's animals. Call the singapore line 62159600 or 6242 1234 or go direct to their singapore office to bang door and table to get thing done.

We have one very very bad experience with Zuji.com recently :(

We received a booking confirmation email from customercare@zuji.com.sg that our hotel booking has been confirmed. We have also sent them an email to request for a room on the non-smoking level, and to inform that we\'ll only arrive after 9pm in HK.

When arrived@hotel in HK, the counter staff told us that they were fully booked & they have already rejected Zuji\'s request regarding our booking.

My sister has helped to contact Zuji\'s customer service hotline & has waited for >40 mins during her first call on 3rd Nov, and ONE HOUR on her 2nd call to Zuji on 8th Nov, before someone finally picked up her calls !!!!

We checked out emails again & again when back to Singapore, and tried to contact Zuji\'s CS many times, and every times seems like a phone waiting game :( Very upset and disappointed with their services. We have sent emails to request for compensations and refund, yet Customer Services has only replied \"appear in their system as still booked\" and thought we are requesting for a confirmation email :( Whole family were badly affected mentally and emotionally. Till today, we are still sending them emails to ask when they will be refunding & compensating.

The reason we want to share this bad experience, is to make known to all, please think twice before booking with them. Else the trouble and time wasted to get the refund and compensation and the emotional hurt is too great to afford.

This is an experience we will never forget because of this booking with Zuji.com.sg!!!

It\'s frustrating and time consuming. I have booked a flight to Bangkok and inview of the flood crisis,I need to postpone my flight. All calls are directed to India and it is a waste of time waiting and talking to them as they are in no position to take any action. I was told to go to the Airlines directly. It\\\'s just a help line for formality purposes. Calls are on waiting for a long time until you gave up holding on. I am a very DISSATIFIED & FRUSTRATED customer/ I shouldn\\\'t have saved the $30 odd dollar and should have gone directly to the airlines. Till now, I am still at their mercy awaiting for the cancellation advice. Don\\\'t understand why they cannot communicate via email to give me the advice. Ayah................ frustrating la..................

Book with them if you want to be a glutton for punishment. There is non existent customer service and poor support. Zuji specializes in collecting money for no service.

Use the at your own risk and expect no service.

Oops, I was about to book thru Zuji airtickets to Beijing. Was contemplating whether I should proceed. However, after some thoughts, I think I should give it a try to prove it right or wrong. I hope what I will encounter is proven wrong in all the negative feedbacks.

I use Zuji because it was hassle free. But right now I am having one big headache and I vow never to use them again. I booked a package for 8 to Phuket. The system allows 4 to a room, so we booked 2 rooms at the Courtyard Marriot. I happen to contact the hotel because I want a connecting room. Just by chance the hotel mentioned that they have bookings for 2 rooms for 2 instead of 4.
I contacted Zuji by email and no response. I contacted them via phone and I get some outsourced Indian woman who promised to return call but nothing. To date I have called them 3 times over a six day period and although they say they will check, I dont get any response. I googled the Singapore office and guess what?? the mail box is full. I will be travelling in 3 days time with my family consisting of 5 kids. I dont know what is going to happen. I have paid them close to S$4000 and I cannot get any service. This is the worst encounter ever!!!!! I hope people will read this before they consider Zuji.

I paid altogether S$1600++ for 2 round trips tickets and when I needed to cancel the returning flights, I got a nasty shock when they told me I could only get back S$20!!!
They did give me the breakdown, but for one of the round trip package which i paid S$734, they claimed the return trip is only worth $135, so minus the airline cancellation charge ($75) qnd zuji admin fee ($50), i only got back S$10. When i called up the airline to ask how much they would apportion the return trip for a round tix, they told me this is actually at the discretion of the agent. So to sum up, the price is never transparent to customer and it is up to zuji to quote any price they like! Zuji is a scam, beware!!

THE WORST. I use Zuji for one reason: to find flight information. Then I call the airlines directly. Avoid at all costs. If you need a refund or change of plans you will never, ever reach an actual human being who can help you. Zuji Hong Kong is the same way. Terrible.

I wanted to do a name amendment and they said i had to pay a penalty of $180 to airline and $25 to zuji for admin fee. i called the airline and if i had booked from it directly, the amendment fee is only $30. i might as well book from the airline directly. i can't cancel the booking as its prepaid, but its ridiculous for me to pay $205 when the airfare was only $390.50. prices are not any much cheaper than booking myself.

and everytime i email zuji, a different person replies me cos they don't have individual emails which is stupid. one person should do the follow up instead of me repeating myself everytime.

I totally agree about their bad phone service and the horrible accent that makes one even more frustrated!
My flight was cancelled by united airlines due to the recent japan earthquake, which means united will waive charges for refunds. But Zuji Singapore claims that they have to confirm with higher management with regards to that, an will still have to charge me admin fee of $50 per person!
Worst of all, till now they have not refunded my tickets yet. Keep putting me in hold and saying will get back to me, but did not.
Will never ever book anything with Zuji! Rather spend more money booking on the airline's website instead. Horrible service!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever come across... after 30min hold last week got through to someone who took down my number and promised to call me back... I still haven't heard back from them!

Last time I had an issue with a booking I got a reply 10 days later telling me to contact the airline...

They have some great deals but pray to god you will not need any help or even information on your bookings as you simply won't get it

Horrible service. My flight (booked through zuji) was canceled due to the indonesia merapi volcano eruption and was told our tickets would be refunded. Couple of weeks later, checked with the airlines and confirmed they have transferred money to zuji and they were supposed to credit it back to my card however they did not. Another 1 month of calling and checking with zuji n they keep saying they will credit back to me in 1~4 working days, still don't see the money credited yet... sigh

I agree totally that Zuji's cust service sucks. I had to cancel my trip to bangkok due to the political instabiliy and wanted to find out more about the cancellation charges so I called their hotline. They took forever to answer and even when I was through, the line was TERRIBLE, to say the least and yes, I got the operator with the indian accent, who happened to give me the wrong info! I only found that out after I called another day to confirm with another operator. The first operator told me that the cancellation fee was $50 per person, whereas the second told me that it was $50 per transaction. Plus all the time, I had to struggle to understand what the indian operator was saying! WTF!!

There's no hassle in booking online... cheapest airfare can be found, comparison can be made. Improvement in their customer service, thumbs up!

Omg, I thought I was the only, I too witness the sudden drop in the bidding price at the reverse auction page. It's all bullshit

Agree...Zuji is a cheat big time..was watching the reverse aution of hotel in bangkok starting at 500+. It drops to about 250+..I was monitoring it..and in a few seconds..suddenly someone bought it at 50 dollars!!! How can this be.??!!! THEY CHEAT!!!
Jess wrote on 5 March 2009
They cheat! booked a room based on a website information that cancellation is free, if done 24 hr prior to check in (have the page printed). But was told that there is a canellation charge of $50 per booking. Yap, the Indian rep slammed my phone when I tried to make my case. going to CASE now.
Josephine wrote on 31 October 2008
Agree with the above review...My flight was changed and no one bothers to call to tell me. I found out because I called to ask about an en-route change n' the indian lady said the airline has changed my flight. Then she said she'll get someone to call me back...and no one ever called. Was stranded. It's a nightmare using Zuji. Should have paid the extra $20 to get thru' a local travel agent.

Quick and easy to make a booking but heaven hellp you if you want to change it. Must be done over the phone which is a very poor quality line, promises to call back in answer to queries have not been kept 3 times now and i am told that a refund of my air ticket will take 2-3 months to appear on my credit card. Avoid avoid avoid
