I had also a very bad experience with this agency. They can give me 3 different pricing within half a day with more than 40% different in it. They don't even bother to response to feedback. Need to bring this case to NATA.

Worst agent ever. They modified their website and told me the air fare shown was for student ONLY AFTER I made reservation and payment. And they blamed me for the mistake by saying they told me over the phone and I agreed it's student fare. They ONLY told me it's a promotion over the phone and never mentioned anything about student fare. What a crappy agent!
