bought the voucher from Groupon, was $40. when requested to top up so that i may change timing of one trip, they answered :it is a flat fee of $20, regardless of which trip you changed!!! So i asked if the logic behind this as it wld be cheaper to get the $55 promotion now. Their reply: yes, pls go ahd and cancel with groupon! wow...so honest. I decided not to and went doen to book for March in Jan, their reply was even better: errm , sorry we asked you to come down, our timetable for March is not out, request that i come down again in Feb. In the end, I called Groupon to cancel as they also encourage me to cancel and but straight form them

Bedok pick up to genting 12th Jan 2012 at 6.15am
I was very happy with the service but only one problem was that the departure and pick up was delayed for more than one hour.all the waiting passengers were not informed about the delay.
Much later just a few minutes before the coach arrived I rec an sms but that was too late.I tried calling the hotline but could not get through,How do you expect passengers to just keep waiting and guessing that the coach will arrive or what happened.
The least WTS should have done is inform the passengers of the cause of the delay and approx time the coach would be arriving.
Apart from that the journey was excellent and comfortable.Only thing is we had downstairs seats hence no view.

On 25th Nov 2011, we waited at Furama KL Hotel Lobby at 5.00pm and the bus was scheduled to arrive at 5.30pm. However the WTS coach did not arrive till 6.30pm and the company did not bother to inform us why the coach was late and to be an hour late was terrible. Eventually, we had to hop on to another bus (not from WTS) in order to get back to Singapore before 10pm. At the end, I reach Singapore at 12:30am. WTS travel agency did not even bother to contact us till date to explain why the delay and what about the compensation for us to pay for another service to come back to Singapore? I felt cheated and this would be our first and last time with this coach company.

On 30th May 2011, we waited at Federal Hotel Lobby at 2.00pm and the bus was scheduled to arrive at 2.30pm. However the WTS coach did not arrive till 5.00pm and the company did not bother to inform us why the coach was late and to be 2.5 hours late was terrible. Eventually, we had to hop on to another bus (not from WTS) in order to get back to Singapore before 9pm. WTS travel agency did not even bother to contact us till date to explain why the delay and what about the compensation for us to pay for another service to come back to Singapore ? We felt cheated and this would be our first and last time with this coach company.

The counter staff is rude serve customer with bad attitude.Their price also more expensive but service suck.Wanted to collect full payment but can not comfirm room ,refund take 3 weeks.Forget about wts go for another better agent dun waste time.

WTS-What a SUPER LOUSY travel agent here in Singapore. My husband and I just back from our 3 day 2 night trip to Tioman Island. It was really an unhappy holidays for us. The journey back to Singapore was all about waiting...waited for the driver, who wasn't there when the ferry arrived at Tanjung Gemok Jetty, later waited two hours for the coach to take in more passagers...the company was using the customer's time to earn $$$. The arrangement was extremely lousy.
When you call and tell them you want to make a complaint, the staff said: 'My manager is not in right now'...all this is bullshit...if they said they will get back to you, haha! You wait until next year also never get their calls...
Still want an 'unforgettable holiday' with WTS...ignore this review and go ahead...
Complements for this travel agent...I think don't have at all, the good things about them most probably is written themselves.
Who so free write this just to libel their reputation, but this was my experience with WST -- First and the last.

I've been travelling to Genting with WTS for the last couple of years and my latest experience is the worst yet. They have been engaging in passenger swapping between their coaches in order to maximize coach usage. I had experienced it once before in 2009, complained and it stopped. Then it happened again this March 2011. I had bought tickets for the Platinum class coach, but was picked up by a Gold class coach (less expensive tickets). Then my elderly parents (who have difficulty walking) and I were made to transfer to another coach after the Malaysian immigration checkpoint. Similarly, on our way back to Singapore, some folks were transferred out of our coach and others loaded on. The coach then became overcrowded with the additional passengers and luggage. It also stopped at more than one destination for passengers to disembark. This meant we reached our destination much later than usual. I paid good money to be seated comfortably in the coach of my choice! Why are we being "bounced around" so that the company can save some money by mixing-and-matching their passengers between coaches so that they can get a "full" coach load each trip? Can CASE (if you're reading this) please investigate? WTS - you suck!

Hi, i just went to Genting under WTS ,they seems to have a lot of new employees who is very very blur, i booked through Bukit Timah Main Branch and demanded to talk to a more senior staff , no choice - too many complains online :( I don't really have much expectation as their package is too cheap comparing to other tour agencys.
Anyway, i had chosen to go there by cruise, back by coach. I have no complain on WTS, the staffs from WTS I met are very friendly and thankfully I got a safe driver to bring me back safe from the journey.
However i wanted to advise those who plan to go there to
consider taking cable car and coach because:
(1) By cruise – I had Q from 7:45pm to 10:30pm in order to get a boarding pass from the cruise’s staff !And there is no seats! I saw a lot ladies wearing skirts and heels sit on the floor !!! Imagine, more than 2hrs waits and no seat!!!
(2) Best to take cable car up and down Genting Hill - if you search online you can see terribly tooo many accidents involved bus coaches down the hill? Do you know how steep the hill? How
Heavy the clouds and low invisibility during downpour? Can you imagine how hard I preyed in the bus…. ?
(3) Be prepared that Genting food is very very expensive than Singapore, e.g. a Wantan Noodle is RM15 + 10% service charge + 5% GST in a foodcourt! Even KFC, mcdonalds charges higher than Singapore, not to mention the extra 5% GST.
(4) The theme park is so old .. I don’t dare to take the ride,
ironically the pricing is the same as Singapore theme park Haha…
Anyway, pls go to temple /church before you go there, to me , I rather choose to other attractions. Better safe than sorry.

I have never came across any tour agency as lousy as WTS. Poor customer services, slow response.
When I called to clarify my trip, the agent commented "if everyone is like you, we don't need to run a business anymore". Such poor attitudes. No other travel agent in Singapore is worse than WTS.
I'm not surprised that there are no complements, only complaints to WTS. Even if there are complements, I guess it is written by WTS themselves.

My family and I had a terrible experience with this travel agent. I booked a tour to Vietnam during the NATAS travel fair. The agent took our instructions that we wanted a train cabin to ourselves and they charge us additional fees for three person travel and did not fulfill the promised arrangements for us. we were so uncomfortable during our trip. When we came back, I called several times before I could reach someone..I wrote a letter to the management to feedback the incident to their management and no one replied. I feel cheated. Please boycott this travel agent.

On 8/8/10,my family book with WTS Lot 1 for a 1 day trip to the desaru fruit farm n also to see the fireflies at night. But the fireflies trip was cancelled. It was a very disappointing trip for all of us.

The agency is located at Choa Chu Kang.
The senior supervisor said will return my call by this week but I've tried to locate him for days. HP seemed off and the staff not sure where ihe is now? What a "good" travel agency!

We\'ve booked an accomodation with the supervisor, Ms Yip on 28th April 2010 for the perod from 19th June to 21st June 2010 fro Bintan Lagoon- Angsoka Villa. However on 15th June 2010, she called us to say that our Bintan accomdation is accidentally cancelled by them. She even dare to tell me if I want any cancellation, they\'ll impose a charges to us.
I have called up the manager, Mr Kong but he kept pushing me to look for Ms Yip and said he cannot do anything since he is busy with meeting or courses. What he meant is customers like us are not important and Ms Yip who is junior than him can \"make decision\"? We have been pushing here and there without any final reply from WTS Travel.
This has caused a great inconvenience and unhappiness to us. We have applied leave for this trip, prepared food for the BBQ etc yet now no accomodation for us.
We even had a meeting with the senior supervisor, Mr Jack Toong and he said this is very common among travel agencies & said mine is a small case so if I want to complain just go ahead. I can\'t believe such a thing can come from such a person holding such a high post in a reputable agency.
So fed up with this travel agency!

WTS 18 seater is value for money and bus are well maintenance with great comfortable throughout the departure trip, however they need to review their 24 seater bus. i took a 24
seater bus back to singapore from genting today. As the journey is long, everyone would expect to have a good seat to rest. yet in the end, the bus turn out to be very old with seat unable to adjust to comfort level to rest the leg. It made my whole journey so uncomfortable. Most likely i will not go for WTS, unless they can provide guarantee service for customer to select the type of buses they need. not CEO Platinum 18/24/25.. This is my cent of view. Other than the bus problem, actually WTS tampines staff provide a good service.

I am very diappointed with WTS service.
We have confirmed everything for our corporate trip to Tioman and all are looking forward. But end-up this china girl staff is not doing her job. She told us the resort is fully booked and advised us to change our date. I think is very stupid how can we change the date as we\'ve all come up to this date. Her service is very poor and all this processing took 1 month and end up fully booked. Other agency is much more better.

Today I send a email enquiry about the Genting tour, WTS Miss Sharon give me very fast reply and when I call her, she is friendly and let me know all the details, and I told her I may be go to Tampines for buying the ticket not buy from her, she also very helpful and told me that I can go Tampines purchase the ticket, if any question can call her anytime. Thank you Sharon so much.

I tryed to call this agency for some information to travel to genting the guy in bukit panjang plaze outlet did not give us any detail and ask me to wait saying he will call back..i waited the whole day also no have any call and after i try call second time that guy challage me tat he is very busy and ask me to came down to talk with him if i need to ask anything..really cannot make it..they need to really go see mirror or learn some lesson how to treat a customer

i had booked tickets for a 3 day 2 night to tioman from WTS and had paid the full sum. But when it was quite near the date, they called to tell us there is no ferry and expect us to change date!!! not recommended!!

For short term travel, i will look for WTS.
The pricing quote is quite good.
however, sometimes they are blur.
They told me there was early departure for star cruise at 9 am
in the end, we manage to call star cruise for more inform
the star cruise told us no change on departure.
imagine the cruise was departing at 3 pm.
luckily, we manage to call and find out..

Travel agency was not transparent with the details. My family booked a cruise cum coach package to Genting. Guess what? The agency got a freelance driver to drive us to port klang to wait for the cruise. Most frustrating of all is that the driver drove us there using his old and stuffy toyota car. Imagine 4 adults and 1 baby cramped into an old and not well air-conditioned car for the whole 2 hours of journey from Genting to Port Klang! It's torturous!
The agency should be transparent and inform us that there would not be a coach to drive us there! We could have paid for a taxi down to port Klang, which would surely be more comfortable! Moreover, we travel to enjoy, not to be tortured! The agency could have just inform us that the package does not provide a coach to port klang, we could have made other arrangements or pay extra to the agency so that they can get us a coach.
Also, the package was not value for money at all. My family felt so distressed and cheated. Our holiday was ruined!

Travel was fuss free. Though originally we were allocated to Gold Cruiser bus, on the actual day, we got the CEO Platinum Cruiser for our 3D2N Genting Trip which is a pleasant surprise. The tour guide and driver is professional. Will definitely book with WTS again for their great service and value for money. :)

On 14th Jun' 07, a group of 18 of us booked a coach under WTS travel & Tours from Bukit Panjung to Genting HighLand.On 17th Jun, on our returned trip, my son than discovered that he has left is Mac Ipod in the room 10-922 and we contacted the duty manager in charge of this matter.We have reported this lost item to WTS on 17th Jun' night and to our pleasant, Ms Cynthia contacted us that the lost Ipod is ready for our collection on 23rd Jun' 07. Many thanks to WTS Travel & Tours for this arrangement.
