My family joined UOB Travel Planners for a 8 days holiday in Jeju and Seoul. They did not tell us where we were supposed to stay till the day before departure. There was no briefing few days before the trip, only a short 10 minutes briefing at the airport after we checked in our baggages. Hotels arranged in Korea were lousy. One of the hotel only provided a bar of soap without other toiletries. At the time of booking, we paid for package with promise of local 5-star but great disappointment when we were there. We will never patronise them again.

I got the worst experience with this UOB Travel when booking my tour to Japan. I found their staff committed & they did not honour to their booking even I got email. End up my Japan trip plan been cancelled. I am not aware did they reflect what the staff committed wrong to customer they have to honour it.This was my worst experience even till now I won't change their image.
