They are slow in patching up with their management side.
Often ignoring request, avoiding calls and e-mails. It has to be the worst agency ever in my life.
Later I found out that their price is unreasonably high and not really worth it.
Think twice or maybe multiple times before you are going to this agency!

This has got to be the worst travel agent in Singapore! Apparently before my trip to Australia, i had heard about Transinex notoriously bad reputation, however i decided to throw caution to the wind after being attracted to an unbelievable deal from transinex.Yea..what i can say is that they promised you the sky and yet they give you soil. Alright, the tour i had enrolled on was a sydney tour package, and guess what? We were given an incompetent tour manager who literally left me in cold sweat.Well, we went to the sydney wildlife and this particular tour manager just waited at the entrance for us cos she was feeling tired when in actual fact she was supposed to be at the exit.

Thats not all, for the tour package, our so-called oriental breakfast was just bread and cereal...the city tour was oso ruined when Transinex insisted that this particular tour manager is the tour guide when she doesn't noe anything.

At the Jenolan caves we were also not given a guide...er no no no WE WERE GIVEN ONE.A FREE one at that,cool right?

Worst of all, this tour manager of ours is constantly missing when u needed her.
