TR airways is terrible! Bad experience with them for the flight from Penang to S'pore.They changed the flight to 5hrs earlier from the original scheduled time without even inform us at all. what an irresponsible way of doing biz. when we contacted their staff, they are not helpful and unfriendly at all. Lukily, there is one very helpful staff Ms. Nurl from KLAS in Penang airport helped us to book other flights so that we are able to return back to S'pore on the same day. Many thanks to her !!

haha ok..all angered up about TR? but y? if you were the staff i think you would HAVE to do the same, and another thing everyone knows that the check in staff are not from TR, they are swissport, and they have to do what they have to do, disorganise? its because the TR themselves are like that, changing the way they charge our excess so the staff has no choice but confused. staff not polite? maybe its just not ur day coz you gota pay, its excess of coz u gotta pay *duh* mine was all so nice n pleasant. hmm too bad huh...about the crew? yeah, everyone knows that TR crew are all so arrogant! and that 1 i believe as i gone throu it before & geez who the hell they think they are? SIA girls? even if they are, be more polite will you girls? & stop rolling your eyes upon your pax...like wateva!

I agree, u are so right about this budget airline, Bill. I also have the bad experience about it! I remembered that last year when i catched a night flight to Shenzen with my dad. When it was about to land at there, i have ear pain(which mean air pressure) and i don't know what to do and yet that stupid air stewardess asked me to swallow saliva but how much? I can't even swallow alot! And i swear i don't want to travel on this budget airline again!

Tiger airways is the worst airline we ever travel on. Very disorganized check-in. They will charge you for excess baggage, even 1 kg. Staff not polite at all. Sucks!
