Last year, my hubby n me booked a tour to vietnam hanoi.The prices were abit higher dan others travel agent.But i would said the service at singxpress counter was very professional n friendly.When we were at Hanoi, we were treated like a VIP guest. When came to meal time,we ve our own table without stranger joining meal with us throughout d 5 days trips. Singxpress made us feel special. $ worth spent.

Very upset and disappointed with how Singxpress handled my tour arrangment.

I booked a tour package to Japan from 08-16 Dec in Aug. Told me that the trip would proceed as planned as they have enough takers and would provide further details vis-a-vis a briefing at a later date. Yesterday, I received a call from them that the trip is cancelled because some customers pulled out.

Went on a 8D7N Japan tour (Tokyo + Osaka) with Singxpress in late Mar 08. Itinerary was gd. Tour leader (if I don't remember wrongly, his name is Daniel) who followed us from Singapore was friendly and informative. Pre-tour briefing was detailed. Overall, tour guides/hotels in Japan are satisfactory. Price is a little steep though but comparing with other agencies for what they were offering, the price is still reasonable. Will not hesitate to book our next tour with them.

2007 natas fair, signed up a free and easy 14Days to paris,milian and rome include hotel stay for $1800.is a good deal.One of the staff name Marcus, he is patient and polite.He gave lots of suggestions. In 2008, i went back again and booked 4D3N to bangkok, again i look for him. singxpress @suntec city.
