I forget to mention the group leader got the cheek to tell me she and the local tour guide have to meet another incoming group and you know what happen? She hand over 34 passports to me and ask me to handle the checking in for the group at airport. On our way to Tianjin the bus driver lost his way and have to ask farmers for direction. When we reach Tianjin Ancient Street, cranes are digging out the whole street and at the same time old houses along both side of the cranes are demolishing them creating the whole street dusty and we hardly can see the front person who is 30 feet away. We were make to run across the street to a restaurant. Spent one hour lunch which is already 3pm and another two hours listening to the tour guides and a couple of the group members singning Karaoke and after that proceed back to Beijing. The lady who sold us the video tape S$150 lied to us. The tape suppose to cover our whole trip but instead when play it back in Singapore it was actually a recorded documentary film probably from TV. Complaint and also hand over the tape to the manager in charge in Singapore but receive no apology. Don't be fool by all the best service trophies display in the travel agency office. Probably they present the trophies to themselve.

Book a tour package for Shanghai Expo half year ago. Towards the date about one month ago, I call up to ask if the trip is confirmed. They insisted that the trip can be confirmed only 2 weeks before.
2 weeks before the day, I called, they tell me the in charge was in oversea with a tour group. they have not access to the file. I was like what crap was that.
I sense that something is wrong, and waited till the very last week no one called me at all!!!!
I call them and scream at them and finally they managed to tell me that the trip was cancelled. I was asking was they waiting for miracle to get enough ppl to form a group last min? Still insist me to change my tour date according to them. I demand for a refund because it is not possible for me to reapply my leave already.
Story does not ends here. The manager told me that they need to wait for their finance dept to process end of month. so is another 2 weeks wait.2 weeks later after I returned from my re planned free and easy holiday, I called them. I realised that they have not even process with the refund at all! It took me nearly 1.5 months yelling and screaming at them before I really get my refund. Best thing, I paid my tour thur credit card, so they have to refund me thru credit card. What an inflexible system they have.
NEVER EVER STEP INTO THEIR PRMERSIS ANYMORE!

Because of my elderly mother for the first time i join package tour to Beijing in July 1997 with this travel agency. It was a horrible experience. 70 percent shopping 30 percent sightseeing. Morning call at 5am, breakfast at 7am, left the hotel at 8am but reach Badaling Great Wall at 3.30pm and by 4pm all except yours truly were already inside the bus waiting to leave Badaling. From 8am to 3.30pm spent 2 hours sightseeing, one hour lunch and 5 hours shopping. April 2010 5 of us visit Beijing on our own. Wake up at 6am, breakfast at 7am and at 8am took a cab to Dengshenmen 919 bus terminal(20RMB) and then board a 919 bus that go to Badaling(12RMB). Bus left the bus terminal at around 9am and reach Badaling at 10.40am. After 5 mins walk reach the entrance of the Great Wall. Walk up and then took cable car down. Spent about 3 hours in Badaling. By 4pm we were already at Lama Temple and then reach Dadong Peking Roast Duck restaurant at 5.30pm. In 1997 trip, the local guide had everything planned. Brought us to Tiananmen Square at 12pm knowing we cannot tolerate the 40 degree summer heat. After 15 mins most of the 36 members want to get out of the place so the tour guide is happy and quick to sent us to a Friendship Store near Tiananmen. In his eagerness to bring us to the Friendship Store, he left out two members in the group who have crossed to the other side of the road to take picture. we have to wait more than one hour inside the Friendship Store for the guides to search for the two missing gentlemen. My tailor follow this agency package tour to Yunnan in August 2010 and he told me he did not have a pleasant trip.

well, i booked a tour dep early this coming saturday (17 oct) and till now, no one from the agency has called to give details, like what time/belt to meet @ changi!!!!
how i wish i checked their review before signing on their tour

Forgot to add, they only informed us of the tour details like what to wear, how much to bring....2 days before the tour.
And that was after several calls to their office.

Went with them to Yunnan on a 9day tour.
Spent almost 30% time in their recommended shopping, spent 30% time traveling on bus. 20% time sight seeing.
Rest is spent in bad hotels.
Was promised better hotels, in the end it was more like China 3-star hotels.
The hotels we stayed had women calling our rooms for massage at night.
Very bad experience, WILL NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM

Booked a 8D tour to Shanghai-Huangshan during NATAs fair, leaving on 15Apr. As we were informed that this is a guaranteed depature group tour, my friend and I paid in full. Waited until a week before departure date for a briefing session, however, received a rude shock that the tour has been cancelled. I demanded to know why nobody had informed me earlier so that I could arrange alternative tours and they said they called my friend who was outstationed at that time. I told them since they could not get my friend, they should inform me since they have both our mobile numbers. I even told them off that if I did not call them, I was not even aware that tour is cancelled. They should be more responsible and sensitive to customers.
