Wrote an email to enquire on some HK trip one month back and did'nt got any reply from them. Gave the business to ASA.

hi frequentflyer..i actuali abit agree wif you...as i c the reviews n without hesitate i call the Shengyuan Agency straight away, they dun seems to b ani frendly & helpful @ all...juz gif me a reply that the schedule is not out n didn't even take the initiate to help up to check too...

Is Shengyan really that good? I was browsing through the list of reviews here and realise that the style and language are very much similar i.e. written by the same person using multiracial aliases.

After reading the reviews on the web, I called up Shengyan to enquiry about a trip to HK for early next year. Frankly, i had called up a few agencies for quotation, but all say that there's no price now, please call back later (say 1 month later). But Ms Cynthia's service went an extra mile. She say she will contact HK side for the quote (which is not out yet) and quote me once she have the detail. Not angency will do that... (so far, i had yet to meet one)...
I will surely book all my trips with Shengyan, Ms Cynthia.

I have booked with Shengyan trips to Krabi, Bali, Bangkok. So far all the deals I gotten were very good. Arranging for a holiday during the peak period was a real challenge as most of the hotels were fully booked. My partner and I were on our way to changing our travel dates, but all thanks to Ms Cynthia, who relentlessly searched for all available accommodations during this period, that we were able to stick to the our prior travel plans.

Ms Cynthia's attention to details made our bali trip comforting and pleasurable. We thoroughly enjoyed our short getaway so much that we found it really hard to pack up and head home.

Chen Wanni - I booked my honeymoon in Krabi La Playa from Shengyan Tours and it was GREAT! I only top-up less than 80 bucks to get my Duluxe Pool A for 4 days and 3 nights stay (include 1 night free). I great bargain! I had my birhtday celebrated in Genting with the help of Wanni too. Pay less but we have exclusive journey. Travelling with Shengyan Tours is still the best compare with the rest of the agencies.

This is my first time booking a tour with Shengyan Travel, i\'ve called to make some enquiries for my trip to Krabi and Ms Wanni attended to me. I was told that the operating hours is up to 5pm but when i called, I didnt realize that it was already 6pm, i was surprised that Ms Wanni wilingly without hesitation help me find a good package tour to where my destination is. She even take down my contact number and my email address promising she would give me a call back shortly. 1 hour later, Ms Wanni called me back to inform me that she had email me the package details. I look at the time it was 8pm..Woa! I was Impressed by her extra Mile Service!

I have just came back from my Bangkok trip - bought the hotel and land transfer from Wanni - well, overall i can say about her is that SHE IS THE BEST HELPFUL and the MOST FRIENDLY TOUR Cust. Service i ever met... In future all my tour visit, i will cont to use her services only...also will recommend her to my company yearly company trip........

Last few months ago, my bf and I went to Bali. We were late for the check in and Ms. Wanni has helped us to called the airport.

We recently went on a package tour to Bangkok with Shengyan Tours. As we are travelling in a group of 12 consisting of 3 generations, there are lots of details to look into. Shengyan Tours are able to fulfill all our requests, such as connecting rooms, baby cots, special meals etc.

Their Thai guide can speak english well and even babysit our little ones while we took an hour shopping spree. I'm also impressed that they did made extra effort in handling our folks when getting around.
