I just booked their promo package for 3 days 2 night Bandung tour package at Tampines Branch on Sat, very bad svc & no correspondence from the staff there, at first called them to make enquiry about the availability of the flight details but was told to get back due to the staff got no idea on the promo & the manager in charge was out for lunch & I've waited for 3 hrs & in the end I had to went down to their office with no apology from the 3 girls there, still they cannot confirm the hotel availabilty & the reason was the hotel office is closed on weekend??? I was told to get back on monday which I waited the whole day till 8pm that I called Grace again & was told that Harris Hotel at Bandung didn't get back to her & she already sent out the e-mail since Sat, don't she had a sense of responsibility to follow-up when the customer already paid for the deposit?? I'm very disappointed with this kind of svc that I've encounter, it'll be the first & last I'll book with this agency.

Beware of Seiki travel. I booked a Banyan Tree package from them in February this year departing in August and they told me there are no reservations done at all. Will go to CASE and make my claim. Highly unprofessional and cannot be trusted.

Undoubtedly the worst travel agency. Really bad attitude from their staff, Angel at tiong bahru branch. Speak to her in english and she can't understand most things. That is still fine. But ask her for information on Bali resorts. She ask me go and take flyer myself. Nevermind. Asked her for suggestions and information. All she can tell me is to look at the flyer myself. Hey if this is the type of staff the company has, I think the company will shut down soon.

Bad experience, corresponded via email and made phone calls to double confirm on the dates and pricing of travel package. But was later told the price quoted was wrong when trying to purchase the package at branch

Just came back from New Zealand. Earthquake has decimated Christchurch but the surrounds and other regions remained business as usual. It was a great trip. Initially was hesitant and almost cancel my trip because of the quake but am glad that I continued. The most amazing hotel stays I had was the Peppers Bluewater Resort in Lake Tekapo. The room and resort really had an amazing feel and luxury touch. I also loved the farmstay at the All Seasons Lodge in Fairlie. The farm host, Jan was marvellous. The property does not look like a farmstay at all. More like a luxury villa. Enjoyed myself in the lovely gardens, jacuzzi and homefeel kind of experience and hospitality. I will want to go back to New Zealand again and thank you Seiki Travel for providing me and my hubby such a wonderful self drive road trip.

Wonderful service and great knowledge from their manager, David. Truly passionate with his detailed explanation to our vacation to Switzerland and offered us more than just the usual 'sales talk' with his passionate and careful explanation of each city in depth. I was blown away by his enthusiasm and have not had this high level of efficiency and service for ages. Definitely not from all of the previous bigger agencies that I had booked with before. I'm looking forward to my holiday knowing that everything has been looked after and in careful hands. Amazing. Thank you David.

They are very low profile and handle tour quietly .. understand that they have certain amount of returning guests booked with them

sometimes peak period they are waiting overseas partners reply before they can confirm whole hotels / tours arrangement ...

we found them online last few years found comfortable reasonable $ too ...have been using their services few years wont change since everywhere is offering the same ...

Extremely good value for my recent club med trip to Mauritius. I book it at Natas with them. The staff was patient and detailed. Overall, i had a marvellous experience. Going back to them for sure.

Wow..they endorsed Zi Cai? think its the first travel agency in Singapore to do that? I love him and Nanxing during those tcs days.

Seiki is the worst agency i have come across, the staff in T Bahru are very unfriendly and unhelpful. Their face changed when they know that I am using a pre-paid voucher from my co.

I booked 2D1N to Batam from 7th-8th Aug 2010 at Seiki Travel, Tampines MRT. The staff Fook Kay is very patient and polite give me a very detailed explainaton on my tour package which I have never learnt before from other tour agency. Excellent and very good service.

Booked a Europe contiki tour with them and had wonderful service and knowledge. I didn't know Seiki Travel offers such fantastic options for Europe. The staff, David was excellent. Booked a Italy trip with them recently at the travel fiesta and came to know that I booked from this same guy David before elsewhere. Must say that he is the best travel agent I ever met and surprised to find him at Seiki. Told me now he is the Product Manager there now and feel happy for him. Am glad to know he is upgrading. He always email me of the latest promotions and make a point to let me know. Very passionate for his job I feel hence I will always go back to him for his wonderful knowledge and service.

Wah...saw the fantastic advertisement on The New Paper and my god, such great discounts. Travelled with Seiki once before 3 years back on Club Med and had a memorable trip, exciting, fun and relax but now they seemed to be doing New Zealand, USA and even Europe. Thinking of going down to their office to check out soon. Overall my first experience with them was excellent. 9 out of 10 rating. Can do better.

Booked an Insight Vacations trip with them a few months back and was very satisfied with the trip. I was quite surprised becoz just happen to be on the way home and enquire for honeymoon trip to Europe. I thought they only good at Star Cruise and Malaysia but then had a pleasant experience talking to the staff about Europe. He seemed to be very experienced, maybe travelled to Europe before. Good quality!

Seiki Travel is a nice agency, strongly recommended. Just booked a tour to Europe with them and absolutely impressed with their proficiency and knowledge for such a medium sized travel agent. Went home and checked and notice they have 4 branches. Not bad at all. Continue the good work and deliver. Think all the big agencies got to learn. Their Tiong Bahru branch people very friendly and noticed all of them like one big united family.

I write to commend on the pleasant service their Staff from IMM Seiki Travel has rendered me in booking a Hong Kong holiday. She showed initiatives, was assuring, polite and patient in answering questions to my satisfaction. I checked out other travel agents prior to booking with Seiki and it was this seiki staff’s good customer service that made me decide to have my holiday (5D/4N Hong Kong) booked through her. Two days before departure for Hong Kong, She even called me up to remind me to do online seat reservations. She is wonderful!

Their website is not updated and they don't reply e-mail. Just an useful information, they don't have any guided tours to Vietnam only free and easy. Perhaps you can try calling them before going directly. They only have like 1 staff at the IMM branch and I had to wait very long as they had another customer before me.

called their tampines branch but booked at Sembawang branch as it was nearer to my place. Enjoyoed the service and patience from them thou it was jux a nearby short getaway.

I enquired about the starcruise to seiki travel, i think about one hour . they replied me patiently and explained me , they are helpful . when i called other agency , they refused my call and cut off the phone line . SO , I like seiki's customer services .

i went to Seiki travel today at Tiong Bahru to collect my Gold Coast tour
tickets and it was a pleasant experience. From what i understand and spoke to a staff after reading this forum, Seiki Travel and Seiki Holidays is totally 2 different company. The one at lucky plaza is Seiki Holidays and the boss is from China, whereas Seiki Travel is a local boss.

last december i went to starcruise with seiki . enjoy their customer service and they attended me patiently .
