Terrible service, really... Our employer requires us to book through them, but their service is simply beyond imagination... It takes several days until requests are being answered, I have also had requests which did not get answered at all... if you can, avoid this agency and book elsewhere...

It sucks big time. Their tour guide, ms. Chung went MIA after informing us last minute that the flight is "cancelled", when in truth, the flight is still on and it was not cancelled or delayed. She refuses to answer calls or reply texts, does not speak while on the phone. Its been hours and we still dont have any explanation from her. Fucking asshole.

I was assisted by the Harbourfront office team. Very good service, especially from the Team Lead Zhang Haina. The only slightly irritating factor was that there was a consecutive string of people going on leave, so I wound up having to explain my requirements repeatedly and at various stages to 4 different people.

Recently we check with them on flight bookings and the same thing they don\'t answer your questions directly. Also they don\'t seem to know the difference between New York JFK airport and Newark Airport and can put you on a connecting flight out of Newark when you arrive in JFK!
it seems they are the government appointed travel agent for official travels I wonder how they were selected with such amateur service.

The information provided by this travel agent during our initial inquiry was limited and inaccurate, they seemed unable to answer a straight question with a straight answer. Very amateur.

I have use this travel agent for 5years, never once they failed me, they trying their best to confirm the seat and booking for me,they are polite and good in their service, I rated them 5* agent in Singapore.

We bought a NATAS fair package in end-Feb to go Seoul during June. We paid in full using credit card as they said the tickets needed to be issued in 3 working days. Then, in the same week, they informed us that the hotel that we wanted was fully-booked. Alternatives were offered but they were too far from the attractions, so we told the travel agent that we would make our own stay arrangement. The travel agent said that the refund for hotel stay will take 3-4 weeks to process. So, we agreed. We counted the weeks and check again in April. Nothing. So, we called them. The travel agent said the refund will be return to the credit card on 6 April. We should see the amount reflected on the statement by end April. So, we waited obediently again.
In 1st week of May, we check again. Still nothing. Then, we called again. This time, they claimed that they have got the name of the credit card-holder wrong. Crap. If it was wrong, the bank would have known the mistake and clarify with them! We are still waiting.

I only have praises for this agency. i've booked three holiday packages with them over them over the past year and find they exceed expectations. I find them professional and great value for money. They definitely do not qualify for this worst list. No way.

We booked a trip to Bali. They sold us a package consisting of:
5 Star Hotel/Deluxe room
One Welcome Dinner... old food that you wouldn't serve to anyone.
One Tour with that was totally based on commission and how much we would buy and they would profit.
We were told that it was a 5star hotel. Yet, we were arrived and put into something that was 3-4star. Dirty, run down. I called and complained and they said there was nothing they could do about it until I mentioned we would take this to the news papers since this was a scam. We paid for a 5star resort in Bali and got a crappy run down room.
We were changed but the hassle was not worth it.
I would not use them again. We have heard many horror stories since. Avoid!!!

I had the same bad experience with this agency. I call to enquire abt the process on how to collect my refund which Thai Airways has kindly agreed as I was unable to travel due to some unforseen circumstances.

Spoke to one of the agent from Parkway Parade. He can't really speak and keep repeating the same thing all over again when I am trying to ask him what form of "authorise" he needs from Thai Airways. Is it in the form of an email, hardcopy letter from Thai Airways? He can't answer me. In fact, before I could tell him the story, he was very stern and very defensive and told me there is no refund. He was trying very hard to discourage me from appealing for the refund and sounded very frustrated with me. I was shocked also to learn that the company needs six month to process the refund. The agent talk as though he represent Thai Airways too and keep reminding me that Thai Airways will impose an administrative charges too. When I told him Thai Airways did not inform me in the email, he said that does not mean they will not charge the administrative charges when they process my refund. I would strongly disencourage anyone to get any ticket from this travel agency. When I wrote to the team lead to appeal for the waiver on the admin charge instead of being empathy, he reminded me that it is clearly stated in the ticket and it is the company policy. I believe can read what is on the eticket and it is precisely this that i wrote the email to them to appeal. This travel agency really give the airlines a bad name.

Yes ! The worst travel agent I have ever came across ! M in a bad situation at present ! Where my flight & hotel are not confirmed yet. I left with 8 more days before the actual departure date. They insisted me on topping up the hotel price, which I did not opt for, giving excuses that the hotel that I wanted to stay is currently not available ! In the 1st place, they did not inform me that I hav to topup xtra cash when there is no hotel available. Worst, I paid 3/4 of the tour package in cash ! And they won't be able to refund my cash, only by cheque and it will take at least 3 wks to issue the cheque ! Their service sucks big time ! During the Natas fair recently, I should be able to get cheap tour package, but they only gave me $60 discount for adult. Full fare for child ! And my twin sharing they charged me with a single adult package !

I feel like lodging a complain to CASE !!

Oh and one more thing, their travel executives are not locals. They are from China !

This travel agent is horrible! I dealt with an agent taking care of corporate clients. She grunted when I asked her to entertain me, took a very long time in getting back to me (way passed the time she promised), and got people who picked up the phone to lie that she had left the office when I called (They transferred the call to her after I persisted). After all was settled and seats were supposedly booked and assigned, I find out one day before my departure that she had not completed her job even though she claimed to have done so. My seat had not been assigned! How frustrating!
