My parent and I are one of the fortunate ones to have NMST as our GSA during our Haj 2010.. Overall Thumbs Up for Ustaz Noor and team, for the great service that they've provided. Alhamdulillah our first trip to Tanah Suci went smoothly.
We're even catered with buses and perform our additional Umrah as a group instead of individuals. Encouraged to fast to welcome the new year is another advantage which we got to perform over there..
My family and I will strongly support NMST and we'll definitely consider this agency for our upcoming trip..

I was a jemaah in 2010 Hajj with my favourable agency NMST. I believe you are treated good or bad due to your own negligence and failure to perform it include your sincerity whatever you faced. Just be humble and appreciate things with good thoughts. The most you felt awesome and greatful with those you engaged with. Do not blame others,as this is part and parcel of life especially performing your pilgrimage. Uztaz Noh had done a great job personally as well thumbs up to all of his staff. They really overworked and are polite enough. I am pleased until now still lingering his jokes, doas and tears together..Cant we sit and make ourself calm..LASTLY it is a medium package and you've refunded anyway. Its a great family business and keep it up!No comment instead to be recommended.!

Kami sekeluarga sangat berterima kasih kepada Ustaz Noor Mohamad dan isteri Kak Julia, Ustaz Syed Hashim dan isteri Mumtaz, Ustaz Sabry dan isteri Zarina atas layanan dan perhatian yang sangat baik yang diberikan kepada kami sekeluarga dan jemaah umrah 4-18 June 2011. Dari sebelum keberangkatan ke Tanah Suci hingga selesai ibadah umrah dan selamat tiba di tanah air semuanya berjalan lancar dengan servis yang cukup sempurna. Alhamdulillah.

Apatah lagi setibanya di Jeddah, Medina dan Mekah. Perhatian yang diberikan membuatkan kami cukup selesa dan tenang selalu disana, dan dapat focus untuk membuat ibadah. Mereka sabar, selalu bertanya khabar, dan selalu mendahulukan jemaah walau apapun keadaan. Kami dipastikan mendapat tempat tinggal dan makanan harian yang cukup bagus, dan bilamana ada sedikit kekurangan dari pihak hotel, Ustaz dan Kak Julia tidak teragak-agak untuk menambah apa saja kekurangan, walaupun kekurangan itu bukan datang dari pihak Noor Mohamad Services & Travel. Ustaz juga meluangkan masa memberi ceramah-ceramah ugama dan motivasi di Mekah, dan mengadakan majlis-majlis tahlil dan doa. Anak-anak kami suka mendengar cerita-cerita dari Ustaz Noor Mohamad bila lawatan ke tempat-tempat bersejarah diadakan. Mereka juga memastikan jeemah ingat dan dapat sembahyang di dalam pesawat, dan kami dikejutkan bila Ustaz Sabry sendiri melayan jemaah dengan menyiapkan kopi dan teh di dalam pesawat! Kami juga amat terharu dengan kahadiran Ustaz Noor Mohamad dan Kak Julia waktu ketibaan kami di sana dan waktu keberangkatan kami pulang. Mereka berdua bersama-sama kakitangan lain menjayakan urusan umrah kami dari awal hingga akhir.

Whatever happen to you during the hajj or umrah is your test. If u have bad experience , that shows a lot a things lacking in our conduct towards Allah S.W.T. ( to the point that He is unwilling to grant our Doa's)
We need to upgrade ouselves in terms of our faith , intentions and deeds and tawakkal. then we will be at peace whatever trials that Allah puts us through and get His blessings . Insha Allah

I will never ever use or recommend NMST. They are small time cheats. I have plenty of bad experience during the recent Haj 2010.
To name a few : Slow group movement, poor coordination for lontar whilst at Minah(imagine 3 throws at one go??!!!), slow delivery of AEO package (received 7 days after arrival home when they promise to deliver before arrival home), etc. When asked to clarify, oh...God's will and please sabar.

Hi, I and my wife engaged Noor Mohamad Services for Haj 2010. Fantastic! All went on well. Ofcourse, nobody is perfect! Uncountable numbers of good things they have arranged for us such as VIP buses, good accommodations in Azizyah,no extra charges for twin sharing room,local tours, medical responses, food (Masha Allah)incld belacan, nasi lemak, mee siam, lontong & many more, arrangement to fast on 1st Muharram,AEO svc,etc. Not forgetting, their officials(pegawai) were EXCELLENT and on the ball. No 'curi tulang' and you can count on them. Ustaz Noor & family were aapproacable and always listening and will take action if it benefits all the jemaah.Price is also reasonable. Well done NMST and keep it up!. Before I forget, when u are in Haram, usually, you will be tested once or twice. If you can be patience, Insha Allah, the rest of the journey will be Honeymoon. This was my experienced. Alhamdulillah!

Hi, I am commenting because there are other Singapore travel agents which even offer up to 40kg load. With the weight allowance, there is no need for AEO services. Not all Jemaah can afford the AEO service. This agent keeps on emphasizing that we need to include 10kg for the bottle of Zam Zam which we were given. In actual fact, Zam Zam weight was not included in our total baggage load. I gathered this information through other jemaah from other agencies and also from staff working in the hotel we stayed. Even with AEO services, many jemaah I knew exceeded the 25kg limit set by this agency. As a travel agent, I believe you should allow 30kg of baggage as it is the jemaah's rights. It should not be taken away from them.

To add on what we have written earlier on the baggage. Since this was our 1st trip to hajj, we have lots of things to buy back. Hence we make use of the AEO services that Noor Mohammad offer as alternative. So on return home, the 5kg lesser baggage was not an issue to us.

We juz came back from our Hajj recently. Overall we are satisfied with Noor Mohammad travel agency. Keep up the good services! As for the 5kg baggage lesser, its only a minor issue - no big deal...

My advice to all jemaah is to research before they decide to choose this agency. We were cheated of 5 kg of baggage on our return trip after Hajj. Other GSA were given at least 30kg but we were given 25kg. After that 25kg, we were told to pay 50 riyals for each extra kg. Although they refunded us back the money but we felt cheated as we left a few things behind because of this. Jemaah\\\'s welfare should come first instead of the GSA\\\'s worry of losing money. We felt that many things are poorly planned during our Hajj.

My family and I(4person) just came back from a Hajj trip(2009) to mecca and Medina with Noor Mohamed travels. The whole trip was well planned and taken care of from the beginning l step into the Airport. I am happy to select this GSA to our arrival in JEDDAH, transfer to MECCA and MEDINA to the airport. Before we left we were even given an emergency number to call for any problems encounter before depature and they also alocated 1 male and female staff to assit trought out to guided us, if we encountered any problems while exploring the city or any other matters. Never before have I had such care and attention to detail from other agents. On one night my daughter was not well with rashses the lady staff even check with us for any further assitant required.

I am very surprised to Hear News before my depature that we dont have place to stay in Mecca,We were given a 5* hotel to stay "Movenpick" in MECCA. Infact every steps we make has been taken care with Happiness. The good points is that we are taken care at all time for what ever problems we have face and the important that this agency care for us as long we are happy for the 30 days trip for HAJJ. When we touch down to SINGAPORE they even send additional staff to assist at door the moment we check out to clear our BIG luggage.It's is a very wonderful trip and definately will recommend to other friend's and I definitely will come back!
