i went bangkok/ pattaya with newly, it was good :) Our tour guide is Mr Money.
He is really nice , and we really enjoy ourself :) Nothing of the 'force to buy' we just go and see , if dont suit us, he will just bring us off :)
Food was so so , way below expectation though :/

I think all these bad experiences are because of the local tour operators rather than Newly itself. I have went on a few trips with Newly Tours and find their packages value for money and the service is good. If you encounter problems with the local tour operator on the other country, you should feedback to the Spore tour agent so that they won't use this operator anymore in future.

Just came back from Beijing+ Chengde,+ Tian Jin, & Hong Kong 9days tour. The tour Guide Mr Yang is super LOUSY, and bad temper. Keep throwing temper in front of us. He keep asking us, if we can cancel the trip to TianJin, actually he doesnt know the route at Tian jin. The Driver Mr Li more worse... everyday feel like riding in the roller coaster... drive dangerously.. along the way keep on beep his hon... Overall it's a bad experiance..

I noticed SINGAPOREAN IS TYPICAL TYPE,
Majority of them did not realise what
they are doing. When ask to pay S$1 must
get back S$2 in return, especially people migrate from Hong Kong.They did not consider the package how much they paid?

Very bad service.

I booked a bangkok / Chingmai trip my parent and uncle... Total 28ppl wait at Bangkok airport from mid 12 to 3am because of S'pore mike mistake on total head count. They double count extra 4ppl....

food package was lousy and 28ppl to share a 20site bus in changmai.

1 took 2 tour from Newly/Focal. 1st Beijing, Chengde, HK for 9 days and another tour is only my parent go for it 8 days taiwan tour.

Beijing treatment is so so only. Keep forcing us to buy thing from shopping stop. She even mention that the driver and her need to pay shopping stop if we don't buy from them. I was wondering, it only stated shopping stop but it never stated in agreement that WE MUST BUY. She even told us that if we don't go to shopping stop, we need to pay them. What kind of nonsense is this?

Taiwan tour my parent coming back and complain to me. The tour guide only guide SINGAPOREAN and Malaysian, she just don't care. Is that fair? She even warn singaporean when they buy the jade earing saying that is fake while when my mum took and bought it, she just keep quiet.My mum don't even know it is fake on the 1st place until she bought it and hear the tour guide warn the Singaporean.What kind of treatment is this? Is Malaysian do not have rights?
My parent even told me that the tour guide record on thier review on her. She said that we can't complain her in Singapore becoz we grade her good. Let me ask you, do you dare to say NOT GOOD in front of 22 people while other say good?

Review for yourself. Taking tour with Newly really make me scare. I don't know about you. I just lost confident with them.
