Go to small claims court to take back your money. This company is really not reliable. I got a horrible ordeal when I booked a F&E holiday with them too. Took me more than 1/2 year to fight my case and get back my money, but got to persevere and not let them cheat your money.

Mandrain World Holiday hold my refund for 8 months, still refused to return after countless calls, emails & visits to the office. I am also one of the victim. Paid the money in full in july. Promised by this Rose and May that tickets will be collected in beginning sept but it's already end oct and I have yet to get my e-ticket number. They use a fake e-ticket number when you paid for the purchase and was discovered by me when I went online airline reservation to check. Buyers, pls beware.

Do not be conned by their claim that they provide world class service. Yes, only before u book. They issued e-tickets which are not reliable. End up paying more and more trouble at the airport. Not a reliable company.

Definitely cannot use this agency. I've the same bad bad experience with May. Big Liar! Owing my refund my 2 months already. Do not believe in them.
