Horrible service. They claim to not receive my email. I called for a full 4 days, but no one answers the phone. This is the most terrible experience I have with any travel agencies.

Absolutely terrible - on the coach to night safari right now. Worst tour ever. They are charging $18 for the bus trip to night safari so the only value they are adding is the commentary on the way and let me tell you - there wasn't any value add. The tour guides English was illegible and he kept answering his phone during the overview.
Handily did tell me the public bus could take me home - I should have used it to get there too!

My first and last time using this service.
Was in a very bad jam due to bad weather and called to tell them that I would be a bit late. Walked all the way to their office near the carpark and they directed me to their other office which I had to walk all the way to the other side of the building. When I reached there they said they think they released the coach and made me walk all the way to the first office with my luggage where the bus was waiting nearby.
Reached the bus and they told me I called to cancel my booking. I told them off straightaway that that was not what I called for. They had to make arrangements for me on the bus again.

Coach trip to Malacca
I had the fortune to book your coach for a Malacca trip on 22 to 23 May 2011.
I was travelling with an aged mother (about 83 years old) who could barely walk, let along tackle the steep steps to the upper deck of your coach. Before I booked your trip, I had enquired and was told that it was not steep. However, to my horror, the steps proved to be challenging for my given that both her legs had metal inserts which rendered them inflexible.
But your crew was patient and understanding. Seeing my mother in this condition, they allowed her to occupy the lower deck and specially accommodated her needs and even performed the immigration formalities on her behalf.
What could have been an unpleasant trip turned out to be comfortable - because of your caring staff. Hence, I would like to commend the following staff:
Coach / client service attendant - Ms Rina
Coach / client service attendant - Ms Beena
Drivers Messrs Poon and Khoo
I would also like to highlight that while all of the staff were nice, accommodating and understanding, Ms Beena topped it all because she went the extra mile by supporting and assisting my mother up and down the curb/s whenever the coach stopped for toilet breaks. She took the trouble to check on my mother and ensured her comfort and safety. Words really could not describe her kindness and much needed guidance.
