We had a horrible experience with this agency and WARN YOU IN ADVANCE to be careful.

LAI lied to us about the lenghth of time it would take to reach our destination. They failed to communicate reservation booking until the last minute. They also were extremely difficult to reach by phone.

This view was not only reflected by us, but all others on the trip we took who went through LAI.

You have many more options in Singapore and again warn you to watch out.

We are extremely happy with the tour packages that you provided us last year for phuket and Tioman.

I first had Lai Travel to arrange for us a package tour to Bali mid last year and I'm very pleased with every thing as planned, thought I did not get the hotel that I wanted due to last minute booking,they managed to get me a good one. Again I had a package trip to Genting/KL recently and again I was a very happy customer. I have been booking all my tickets, and travel packages with L.Asia for more than two years. In addition to giving me the best deail in town ALL THE TIME very fast, they always follow up with me closely to ensure a pleasant trip for me. Once there was some problem with my ticket (all faults by the airline) when I reached the airport MIDNIGHT, I desparately called L.Asia for help. Guess what?
