Damn BAD, HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE service. Had book a trip to Bintan with them. Agnes was the one who attend to us. We need to take initiative to call and chase them for confirmation. When they said the confirmation sheet will be ready by today, by the end of tomorrow, you are still unable to get the confirmation sheet. When we went over to Bintan, we had a massage which is in together with the package. When the time is up, no one is there to pick us up. We asked for a refund, and yet, she told us that it is a complimentary for the package. But we paid for more money than the other package. Worst, she bluff us that the reason for us waiting for hours before we get the massage service is due to the misunderstanding of time-slot booking.

Terrible experience!
Went down, did a booking for Bintan. Person attended to us made phonecalls and informed us that a dulxe room was available. We confirmed the trip, paid deposit, and was told that they would call us the next day to confirm.
No news from them the next day. Not only were we the ones who had to take the initiative to call them, but we were told that the room was not available. They suggested that we upgraded to a suite for there was availability for it. We aggreed to it.
The very next day, they called and inform us that the suite was not available, mentioning that there\'s ANOTHER UPGRADED ROOM available.
Either their management method is super inefficient, or is this their way of trying to make more money from their customers?

Excellent customer service, I had a fun time booking my holidays with them with my wife. Comprehensive knowledge of thier products. The person attending to me Agnes is such a helpful and sweet person. Before I came to Kent Holidays, I went to Giamso and it was terrible...low quality service..anyway cheers for kent holidays

Thoroughly Sucks. Terrible service.
- Unable to check for vacancies over the phone.
- Had go down personally only to be told that it's full.
- Paid a deposit for another trip
- The next day we were told we must pay another $20 'surcharge'
- Cancelled the trip and wanted to get back our $100 deposit and we were told to go back the next day to collect the cheque
- The next day, they 'offered' to waive the surcharge.
- Ill mannered service.
