My aged parents were warned by an insider who took pity on them but it was too late.When queried,KZ travel had the audacity to assure us by saying this guy was bogus and had ulterior motives contacting my parents...turns out they are the monsters.

Got so mad initially & reported to CASE via e-mail & call immediately after receiving letter in May but was told they cannot do anything if the company has gone bankrupt & no longer exists. Asked to pursue via small tribunal & so on but was given unclear details for sue of certain amt of money involved until got so fed up & just left the matter aside. Still wondering who will listen & help 'small fish' like us who got easily eaten up by 'big shark' which later who knows will open up new biz with a different name & identity..Sigh..

CLOSED?? I got suspicious after a long time of not receiving any letters from KZtravel. I came across this page and finally my questions are answered. I would like to know if any of the victims like me reported this to CASE. Im at a loss now because i had finished paying for the package and had only use it a few times only.

KZ travel promised us that they are a big company and will never be bankrupt when I said what happens if your company go bankrupt in 2005. We have even finished paying for our holiday and now my kids could not enjoy what we have paid to them for our holiday. They are really a fraud who never even bother telling us that they have busted. You are right that all of us should not let this kind of company cheat us with our hard earn money.

Did a police report recently. Received a letter dated 30 Apr 2009 saying that they are going to close on 1st May 2009. Received the letter on 4th May 2009. All their sweet promise gone to the drain. The the hell is happening. All victims should come forward and be united to sue KZ Travel and Flexi Holiday Club Pte Ltd.

they dare to claimed to book for us a journey to one of the destination in Malaysia on 26/04/2009 but never told us they already bankrupt

took our money and now they closed down without a word.
