Jun-Air is one of the worst agency you can possibly find locally. Before booking, everything you asked them can be done. In the end, is up to you to negotiate with the local guide over your destination. When you actually have a issue to raise, is extremely hard to get them to response to your query. When you call them, they even yell at you.
Come to refund, even based on their own terms during the booking contract, they will tell you that you have to pay so many extras. In the end, you hardly get anything back when one of the team member has to cancelled the trip.
Went to Hokkaido with them last Dec 2011. End up having to squeeze all 3 adults into one room even though original booking was for twin sharing. There is no one who accompanied you for the trip. When you have problem, called them from Japan all the way wasting your phone charges, they will just tell you to deal with it yourself.
In Shanghai transit to Singapore, we were supposed to stay over there for a night. End up the whole tour group has to scout the airport looking for the local agent who is there to fetch us. End up the local tour guide did not turn up to fetch us, but sent a driver who do not know even where to park or wait for us at the arrival hall.

JUN AIR 的经理和老板都是骗子出身,做团也都是和上面讲的一样`~开始和你们讲的都是很好很好,结果出发前和你们讲是没有位置的。然后REFUND是最难得。你们投诉他们。他们就叫警察来。~这是我的经验。。他们的经理态度决定一起。。希望大家认真考虑参加他们的旅游团的后果。。

Hi Frederick, my depart date to 8D Hokkaido is 20 dec i\'m not going for the shanghai trip. But they told me everything is confirm for the Hokkaido trip since the day i book at NATAS. I went down last weekend 5/12, to check on the status, they assured me that the trip was firm. I\'m very worried, but since they say its confirm, I think I\'m stuck with it. Cos if I\'m the one that wants to cancel, I\'ll have to pay a penalty if i\'m not wrong. So have to wait for them to call the shot to cancel it. Now I only pray that they will cancel it and give me a full refund rather than when i reach there and the whole trip is messed up!

Its so fustrating that we gotta worry so much for a holiday, rather than to look forward to it. Haiz...

Jun air travel is highly not recommended. They will confirm with you at first but at the very last minute, they will just tell you there are no air tickets. Trust me, I am a victim and was only informed 1 wk before my flight date. Even the newspaper had reported about their irresponsible deed. They only told the people, who had already joined their japan tour package 3 months ago, that there were NO AIR TICKETS 3 days before their flight date. How more irresponsible can they get. Pls do not join any of their tour packages because the last thing you want is to be disappointed at the very last minute and get stucked in singapore during your precious holidays. I would rate them as the NUMBER ONE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY.
