I have booked a tour to Bali from JP International travel and would like to compliment them for their services. As that was our first trip to Bali, the staff provided us with many suggestions and help. We were happy with the local tour guide service and the food provided. In addition, what impressed us most was the hotel that they have recommended was really a good hotel. After knowing that was our honeymoon trip, JP staff got a free upgrade of hotel room for us without our request. The hotel even provided us a honeymoon cake & meal for our celebration; that really touches us!
The excellent service impressed me that I got JP to plan our China trip again recently. The staff who served me was really helpful & patient. As for my last minute changes in my departure date, she made several attempts to source for the best options and evetually got me a very good deal. I really appreciate her kindness and have no hesitation to recommend them to my friends.

I totally agree with Amy Chua. I booked a trip to Europe last year and the service is stuck. Don't be fool by their pricing.

JP International is not forthcoming to their customers and is only interested to market their tour packages but does not bother with post-service feedback. JP International is slow in reverting to customer's complains. The company uses a third party travel agent but is unwilling to take on the responsibility to clear up cases where their customers are cheated. Rather, JP International will deny their responsibility and refuse to absolve compensation claims.

JP International is a very irresponsible travel agent. I would recommend people not to use this travel agency at all as this would only disadvantage yourself.
