after some enquiries, the staff was unhappy and insisted that I have to buy from her as she had spent the time in checking out the available date for me.
Her way of handling really drove me off !

Be careful with their un-professional handling. Their itinerary never state the price, their staff exchanged itinerary without informing me. Worst still, they collected tour leader fee from me before departure, but the so-called "tour leader" was totally unaware of the fact that I am under his group as my name was not in the list! want to gather more unethical conduct by them, email to me.

I just called up to check on flights to Bali. Receptionist was impatient and curt. Really turned off by the bad service. When I said, "Thank you for the informa..., she just slammed the phone and cut me off. I haven't used a travel agent for a long time and with this bad experience, I will stick to my favourite sites.
