booked taiwan tour in oct 2010 from a very nice lady (bee kim?) at ik chin. very professional and helpful. my only complaint is the Taiwan tour leader (surname Wen) in taiwan. he made the tour very unpleasant. firstly he told alot of stories of guests who encountered ghosts in the hotels, near-death encounters of guests etc. and he boasted that he was 'protected' by some figurine he carried with him. then finally one day, he brought all of us to buy the figurine. he also scared us by telling us alot of stories about people getting cancer. and then one day he brought us to buy lingzhi which is supposed to prevent cancer. it was a very unpleasant tour because at every opportunity, we were regalled with tales of death and the supernatural, just so that he could boost sales and hence his commission.

very dishonest agent name RAMOND refuse to refund money and after three day totaly disappear . never going back again

Took a package to Koh Samui from them.
Price is good. Service is good also.
Will go back.
