Very bad service!
Dishonest and unprofessional, why I said that, because during reservation, they ask for full payment, after that they said the hotel in the original package is not available then they change it to a cheaper and lower class hotel for you, For example, in KL we are suppose to stay in Legend hotel, they change it to Federal hotel which is only 3 stars.

We are planning to go to Kula Gula/ Taiping/ Ipoh for a photography trip in Nov 2010. Please let us have your quotation urgently. We need at least one coach for the trip, Below is the tentative itinerary, please response ASAP.

Proceed to Kuala Gula, check in to hotel/ resort at Kuala Gula
Boat cruise to Kuala Gula River photography session there
Visiting various places of interest at Kuala Gula.
Dinner at Kuala Gula
13/11/2010 – Kuala Gula / Ipoh
Morning photo session at Kuala Gula
Lunch at Kuala Gula and proceed to Ipoh
Various spots of places of interest at Ipoh
Dinner at Ipoh
14/11/22010 – Ipoh Singapore
Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner on the way
