Booked 4 return tickets online to malacca, on the same day in the evening, i called up golden mile outlet to enquire about the price for amentments of tickets, change to another date (which online did have empty slots). A lady mention $1 to change per trip, which amount to $8 for change of 4 pax return tickets.
The very next day decided to go to chinatown branch to make the changes but was told $5 to change per trip, which amount to $40 for change of 4 pax return tickets. Was thinking what the hxxx, why are they stating different pricing and $8 to $40 is 5 TIMES more.
So I called up golden mile outlet to enquire again for the correct price, they quote $20 total for change of 4 pax return tickets. I asked, "Are you sure or not? I don't wanna come change and u tell me $2oo." She replied she's sure, it's only $20. I have no choice, so go down to the golden mile branch to make the changes, and an auntie said it's $40, impossible to be $20, and tell me it's the rule, it's either i take it or leave it. I have no choice and paid the $40 unwillingly.
The very next morning, one lady from grassland called and told them they had made a mistake, the departure time is 7.30am instead of 8am which she wrote in my tickets. Are they going to pay me for mistakes they made? NO. So why should I pay for amendments I wanna make?
Grassland customer service employees never wear name tags and refuse to tell their names when I asked, so how can the customers feedback their customer service? And their grassland website did not state any email for feedback.
For this kind of customer serive (unsure of the rules and regulations, charges for changes, bad attitude customer service personnels as well as wrong departure timing given to customers), they will only have my business once and never again.
