I am a frequent traveller between Malaysia & Singapore on a coach that is green in colour that departs from Novena square. Recently I had a very terrible experience and that left me questioning the level of customer service provided in Singapore, the First World Country.

I was left stranded at the 2nd Link Malaysian Custom for a grueling three and a half hour because the bus that i was on left me there because they cannot wait for me . All I got from the company was "It is not our problem how you get back to Singapore, there is nothing we can do, you will have to find your own way" so may I just ask everyone out there: Does anyone knows what you can do to come back to Singapore if you are left stranded at the bus stop in the Malaysian Custom compound, try walking perhaps? . Will it also get your blood boiling if their personnel tells you "there's no use calling us repeatedly". I mean, who talks to your customer like this nowadays, are they from the 80s when replies like that may be more common.
