Have just got back from taiwan tour under Giamso. Our last night there was very unpleasant. Instead of a 4 star hotel or similar as promised, they have put us in a RED LIGHT district MOTEL which is not appropriate for family with young kids.

Have written to them and no one responded.

I've booked land tour from giamso in August 2010. Was served by Ms Yvonne Wong. She was helpful and provided us with suggestions as that is our first time to Krabi.
Called her 9 months later to enquire about Hong Kong tour. I was so impressed by her. She still remembers me! She can even send me details to my email without asking my email address again. She is helpful and know her work in her fingertips. I introduced her to my colleague and he was impressed with her too! Yvonne, keep up the good work!

I just enquired the land tour to Taiwan and will definitely book from her again.

I just booked another tour with Giamso Travel at NATAs 2011. Tour to Guilin (China)/Merryland Theme Park, 8 Days. Got a good deal travelling by JETSTAR. Early this year in February, my family also have gone for a trip to Hanoi with Giamso Travel.It was good.
Tour personnel, Wujing is very helpful and is ever ready to introduce me new tours to suit my family members. Would like to thank Wujing and her team-mates for sharing their rich experiences on the tours. Keep up the good work.

I went to enquire about the tour package from different agency. I met Vivien Teo. She provide very good service and advice to let me have a better understanding. She is also far better off than those \"branded tour agency\"

nice service, very cheerful and smily staff, even when i didnt get to buy in the end, as there's no promo price. even advised me to get the tixs only after visa finished. Look learn from them, fairprice travel!!!!!

I found Giamso tour guide very helpful. After I came to S'pore on 7 May 2011 I asked them to get two medical books from Guiling, they are so willing to do so. Cheers to their helpfullness and good work.

i reserved a tour at a price for my family. when i went down to pay it, the lady told me the price has changed because some others have booked it. be careful when dealing with them. they do not honour what has been agreed on reservations. the same lady mdm wu jing.

I have gone for most of my holidays with Giamso. The personnel at Giamso, Mdm Wu Jing, is a wonderful person. She take time to explain to my family on tours that are interesting. She tailor the tours to my family needs. Would vote for Giamso being the best as a tour agency. Keep up the good work!

I\'ve gone to HK in 1997 with Giamso, which was oso my first trip out of s\'pore. I dunno about now, but i still remember the tour guide was really nice and helpful. I had fun there.
