Worst ever! Booking confirmation received. When checked in, our booking nbr cnnot be found & we were placed on the next ferry which is 3 hrs later. As i typed, i am stranded at harbourfront for another 2 hrs plus! Then we will miss out our tour for about 3 hrs! We are not going to book with this agent anymore.

I went to the office in Lucky Plaza..I have notice they are very busy ... but inspite of that ..They are very polite and they serve me very well..Keep up the good works guy!!!

OMG,just booked my Dec trip last week and no confirmation given to me. They don\\\'t read email and answer phone calls! I should ask for full refund (still within 7 days).

Horrible! Im regret never checking out their review online before purchasing. Tmr is my trip n i have not receive a confirmation for my hotel. Very bad! Don't even think about engaging them.

never heard of this agent before but decided to try since there's cheap deal. received horrible service (if u still call it service). not recommended even thou you think the travel deal is cheap! buy at your own risk.
