The service is excellent. I just went to Bintan Island over the weekend and every things are so well cordinated. I found that the counter staff there are very professional and friendly.They even updated me the latest changes about the island and all the travel information. We have truly enjoyed the trip.

Service is really BAD!

Wanted to go to Batam Harris resort for a weekend. Gave them credit card number to book. A few days later, they called back and say the date we wanted was full. So i asked them can check for me if certain date is available. Then no news from them. Only a few days before departure they say have already booked the hotel for the date already. As we assume since no news from them, there was no rooms available, so we never took leave off from work. Suddenly they called and say already charge your credit card. Cancel must pay 50% of the package. I refuse to pay and an argument came about.
