I had got a desire to start my own commerce, however I didn't earn enough amount of money to do that. Thank God my close dude said to take the home loans. Therefore I received the bank loan and realized my desire.

We made our booking more than a month ago to travel to Cameron highland by coach (13DEC - 16DEC). They did not inform us that we are following KORSORTIOM grp else we go direct to them (much cheaper).
Requested for front seats as we have 74yr old elderly, one with moving difficulty and a kid in the group. They made empty promises. when we get our seats, ALL SEATS ARE AT THE BACK !!!

William is literally the worst kind of travel agency staff/manager that could ever have served us. He is rude, unprofessional, defensive, unclear in his explanations on the rights of customers, does not teach his staff to be clear to customers on their rights in the event of cancellation of flight due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Recent thailand floods), pushes everything to the customer when things go wrong, tells the customer at point blank that I quote him "it's just your luck". Utterly disgusting service and experience. The worst I ever had vis travel agencies. The poor service is reflected in his staff too. They literally take a "bo chap" (i.e. don't care) attitude to customers needs, and I need to call the agencies 5 times before anyone bothers to pick up! Imagine if it was an emergency. Reviews of praise of this place without proper elaboration on what exactly was done well should be taken with a pinch of salt - it is probably written by the agency itself, please, spare your money for other agencies whom are more polite and professional.

We were frantic when the airport check-in counter officer told us that one of our visas to Australia was not found in the system. We were made to pay $70 upfront because it was almost time for boarding. What a \"pleasant\" way to begin our trip to Sydney. When we returned, we approached the person in charge of Farmosa Holiday Tours and we were met with a defensive attitude claiming that no such thing as this has ever happened before to visa applications. After reading Lucy\'s review (29 Sept 2010), I now know that the truth was not told by that lady manager. We have come to the conclusion that Farmosa\'s integrity is greatly questionable.

Cheap & Good??? I have booked a trip with them to Hong Kong but end up, my friends whom have purchase a similar package is paying a lower fare. :( I should have compare a fews agent and not just walk in blindly as there are a few customers in their office. There are so many agents in people's park centre, walk a few more agents and compare the prices before committing yourself or you might end up paying more.

Had a great holiday to Gold Coast with Farmosa. Smooth transitions from airport, hotel and sight-seeing spots. Great price for the lovely hotel! Thumbs up from me!

Could only read half of the feedback on Farmosa Holiday Tours. Was shocked to see very negative feedback on service & surcharge. Allow me to share my experience. We met very friendly, helpful & pleasant sales assistants. I requested for the $558 or so Disneyland Tour that was advertised in the newspaper. But I was told that they were sold out. Felt they should not advertise it if it is sold out. As this can be very misleading. And I was given a $738 package. In the end I paid another $98 for the airport tax & $60 for airfare top-up. I thought that the airfare will only increase in October. I also found out that they did not arrange for any tranfer to & from Disneyland. I felt I was overcharged. But signed in because this is the only company that provides meals which I had to pay seperately. In the end I paid $2,092 for 2 of us. This included tours to Ocean Park & Mdm Tussaud\\\'s museum. I also noticed that my name Angel was spelt Angle. I had to ask for an official receipt. And the official receipt for the cheque I gave was under my husband\\\'s name instead of mine. Perhaps they should be more careful about the details. I hope that they will be able to be more consistent in their charges. So that they will be able to attract more customers. They must remember that people \\\"Once bitten will be twice shy\\\". And this will affect their reputation & their business. Anyway, I hope that they will not repeat their mistakes again. And that they will make every effort to improve their service & their pricing. I wish them all the best. And hope that my feedback will be useful to them. Realized that my 4 days 3 nights Disneyland Tour to Hong Kong was more expensive than my 12 days to Italy, Switzerland & France. I paid only $5,876 for 2 of us with 75% meals provided.Air ticket, tax & transfers all included. I would like to recommend CS Travel Pte. Ltd which is in the same building. They are also very friendly, efficent & helpful. I would recommend them to my friends. And I would like to patronize them in future. * However, I realized that I could not find any feedback on their company? Perhaps you could post my feedback on them. Thanks & God bless you.

Damn lousy service! I have just called in, and to ask for enquiry, that lady was so rude & ask me to call another nos. Is this the correct ways to treat your customers? What is this shit?

Used to travel on Farmosa many years ago for a trip to Australia and found the services acceptable.. This time, booked a trip to Hong Kong and Taiwan.. found the price very reasonable, the services good and the staff very helpful..

I went to Bali on the 8th Jun 10 and was back on the 11th Jun 10 upon coming back i have to pay 90 Sin dollars to the Bali airport. On my Invoice produce by farmosa.All airport taxes i paid was 269(sin dollars) was made to pay 90 Sin more at leaving Bali. Total 359(for 2 adult and 1 kid age 9)What a bad Experiance . Tour agent did not tell us about the unseen cost back from Bali(Indo)to Singapore. Upon called to farmosa Staff Briget answered my call , i was told the airport tax of 269 that i paid on invoice include both airport. then she was unclear and call back and told me the 150000RP each was not include..... Very dad service My invoice was prepard by Miko Lee. was also told that all airport texes included. WILL NOT VISIT FARMOSA HOLIDAY TOURS (S) PTE LTD ANY MORE........DEAR ALL PLEASE BEWARE F HIDDEN COST..........That is untold

It must be the work of the devil to have made me and my wife walked into this agency to book a short free and easy trip to KL. Everything was a mess even before we start our trip, wrong date booked and extra money to rebook coach and hotel, it was a complete nightmare..total costs for 2 for 3 days 2 nights to Kl by coach $570! (originally less than $400), do you believe it?. Well, it must been my worst luck that day to have walked into this agency!! totally disappointed with their lack of empathy and professionalism..Will only consider using this agency again in my NEXT life..

Service provided was BAD! Called up ahead to check if package booking to tioman was confirmed. male staff who picked up the phone was rude and impatient. the bus that we were supposed to board did not have our names in their list and did not allow us to board. alternative arrangements made were less than satisfactory. told us to take taxi on our own to link up with their coach at checkpoint. if we had to take our own taxi why do we need to book thru tour agent in the first place! This agency is clearly lacking in professionalism and quality.

Terrible service. Walk into the office, the staff dun even bother you and just stare at the screen. Enquire for Phuket, price is so high and like not willing to serve. So look down on people just becos i ask for the cheapest.Sigh.....Will never walk into their shop again.

I had a bad experience with the,
They keep changing my travel time and the transfers were done terrible.
My bust which was supposed to leave at 1.30pm from our departure area ended up leaving somewhere around 5plus pm.
There was no refunds or anything to make up for time loss.
Last day we even had to book out of our resort at 8am instead of 12 noon. Still no refund.
Very bad planning.

my experience with them was well and good. service by the staff was good, helpful in providing hotel information and location. pay for what i get. though is a free & easy package. at the least transfers was well organise. as in guide will have pick up signage and that stickers were given. contact no. was provided in any case we cannot locate anyone, but there\'s no this case happen to me as i can easily recognise who\'s picking me up. overall good experience.
