absolutely not recommended. I was asking for a quote on current promotional prices and when was told there is not promotion (the person also kept flipping the price book, never sure about what ticket has a good pricing) , and after a long wait I was quoted a peak season pricing I said I would think about it as my Visa isnt confirmed yet. Less than one second after I said it, I was quite slow in getting ready to my feet. the man snap at me: "yao kao li DUI MA? xiexie!". (that is chasing you away)

also snapped when I commented on weekday they closed quite early, as I work in the end of town (harder for me to pick up the booked ticket after work)
" we work 9 to 7, how long do you want us to WORK?" and the all the other staffs giggled too

i have used this travel agent for years, no issues so far, bad services might boil down to individual agents

their services are very bad. i was supposed to go to hong kong today with my daughter. my daughter has a rare surname and a travel agent spelt it wrongly. i could not get onto the plane as i cant possibly leave my daughter alone in singapore. i told the manager there that i will never buy air tickets from their agency again. i do not recommend you to buy tickets from there.

Their services are really bad. I had such a bad experience with them, the agents and managers are very rude.
