Customer service?? Do they even know what is that term?

I guessed tht worst 'clerk' ever.
If they have no mood to talk . then dont answer the phone!

That is when u start comparing... minah melayu selalu gini lah .. aksen jer lebih. Because of them, the rest of minah melayu punya reputation kena tarnished!

Quit your job sua..

I wonder how Shah Ibrahim did his recruitment? What a let down!?

To: Mr Shah, pls come down to office and check on your clerks! Most of them are like that. DOnt hv basic courtesy. Worst of all, when i called, i need to book more than 50 tickets (for my company trip) to malaysia. But after talking to one of them.... hancussss!
What a let down. Shah please do something about this before you start to lose your customer!

My mum just went to KL with Orange Coach. We booked the $77/day for 3 nights stay. Stayed at Citin Hotel, thought going cheaper because we did followed them to surabaya before and their service was outstanding, we were so impressed. But we were very sad cos the hotel in KL, was very bad. And the coach has to alight them at Legend Hotel knowing that all of them in that bus were to stay in Citin Hotel. The customer service rep even told my mum to take taxi to go to Citin Hotel, Orange Coach is too big to go to Citin Hotel...My goodness...Citin Hotel is in Masjid India can anyone tell me is there an overhead bridge which will hit the coach bus! And the coach departs KL at 4pm, n my mum had to checkout from Citin Hotel at 12noon n waited at legend Hotel till 4pm. Walking at the shoping centres carrying their lugagges. And the worst thing was, my mum must put deposit $150rm for the hotel rooms. This is like, $77 is only for the coach fare, not inclusive of hotel. Orange should informed us. If this the case, might as well, Orange Coach include hotel fare in their KL trip &/or without hotel fare. This is better, even for free & easy package. My mum was pretty disappointed with the hotel condition but was contented with the coach.

My parents had already booked the Kota Kinabalu, Sabah trip with Orange Coach not less and than a month ago. And about and hour ago, we received a call from them saying that the trip was cancelled. I\'m like WTF. I needed this vacation as well as my other family members. I felt really upset. Wished I could march up to the office and demand refund right then and there.
Why I think it\'s unfair because my dad did ask one of the clerks when they made their visit there if it\'s a confirmed trip and the clerk said YES. I would say to them, please do not make promises you can\'t keep such as this. I was deeply disappointed. We are already prepared for the trip and now, it\'s all down the drain. My parents are planning to go to another travel agent who won\'t promise sky high and end up with nothing.

Just a reminder, even though their prices are affordable, do not let them fool you. Sometimes booking a trip with a travel company that coats more will satisfy you. You pay more you get better hotels, coaches and flights. So don\'t be fooled by the cheapness of a ticket price. To fully enjoy your holiday, there is a price to pay.

Overall, this is the first and last time that me and my family choose Orange -whatever crap they are. You guys ought to get closed down, man. Not even worth the visit.

poor customer service over the phone. The staff who answer the call is like in no mood to work. And when I asked if she could email me more details on the tour package (since there is no official website), she bluntly n crudely said no. I was told to go to their office if i want to get an itiniary or further details! What crap is that???!!! Just to get more info, I have to travel from one end to the other!!! That\\\'s it, gd riddance.

Accompanied my mom to KL with eventions last year on mother's day. Tour guides and Mr Shah Ibrahim himself are very helpful and concerned. However, the first visit to the office at changi road was such a letdown. Staff did not elaborate much on tour package unless asked, customer service was pretty bland.

Poor Customer Service Relation.

Based on my family's recommendation, I booked a trip with this company for a short trip.

To be honest, the whole journey and trip was good but the liasing with the clerks WAS bad.

First thing: when we entered the office, we were greeted by a sullen looking 'muka takde rezeki' nya clerk. I think her name was SUE.

2ndly: without explaining much details, just because we enquired abt that trip took our passport and proceed to process. We didn't even get an itinery. were told to just wait for a call regarding the trip.

Then, we had to change our dates because of some reasons.

That is when our nightmare began.
Emails sent...took long time to respond. It seems that their company people each and everyone is indispensible and that when someone is not around, no info pertaining something could be retrieved.

Next thing: calls after calls made only to have someone say that the person was busy EVERY hour.

A change in the dates is cancellation fee that could pass off as One person's fee in total!!

Once change of date is confirmed and that they were told to liase with me, that is after I raised my voice at one clerk, they called my other fren instead.

Next up: Meeting pt to meet was wrong. #03-50 and #03-05 is way OFF.

Tour guide never show the sign properly...we could have missed the ferry!

But I must say, the whole process of holiday was good just bad customer service by the customer service staff which might hinder repeat customers.

Try at own peril. :)

Your review: Poor customer service relationship!
Instead of greeting us with respect and asking, "Yes, how can I help you?", one of the Orange Coach's staff (named Sue) at the Expo today told my wife, " Whatever it is, please don't mess with the computer wire in front of you..." - my wife did'nt even touch it! It was unnecessary for her to utter those words for a start! Subsequently, she wasn't friendly at all when asked - very blunt with her explanations. Not even a 'thank you' did she offer, neither was she giving the pleasant eye contact to my wife from the very beginning, right up to the end. After making our bookings, my family and I went straight home feeling very disappointed with people who are not well equipped with customer service skills. What a shame to Orange Coach!

Dear Rozie,

Pertaining our day tour of Johor last Saturday 4th July 2009,
we like you to know that we are all very happy, especially with our trip to Desaru Fruit Farm.

However, for some reason one of my sister and her daughter went down with diarrhoea.
They are ok now. The rest are fine.
This is our first family trip outside Singapore and they loved it. We spend quality time together.

Although it was very hot day we enjoyed every moment, be it in the bus or outside.

Thanks to Mr. Syah Ibrahim who has arranged a nice and comfortable coach for our family and equipped with seat belts!.

Credit to your Coach Captain Encik Nordin and both Tour Guides Cik Noraini and Encik Norsalam for being very patience and considerate. Both are very knowledgeable, including Cik Hayati the lady hosting us at the Desaru Fruit Farm.

They were very friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Importantly ensured our Safety at all times.

Both my mother and sister-in-law who are on their wheel chairs were very comfortable at the lower deck of the coach or the lounge.

A Big Thank You to Cik Noraini who took the initiative to seek permission to let our mother and sister-in-law remain in the coach at both customs check points.

We had a memorable trip and looking forward plan the next trip with your agency, Insyallah.

Thank you and Best Regards.

Tina...

WEll done Shah & gang!

I was very against group travel but the trip with my folks to Hong KOng was a surely pleasant one !

He & staff was always on the go! Gosh how they managed...i dont noe.

Always askin hows the food, hows the hotel, very concerned.

never had i experienced with any other agents.

Now me n family stuck to Eventions mostly . Even one day visit to DEsaru n Malacca, NIlai to shop n many more.

He did always remidn the oldies to prepare themselves for the tour as its not a resort relaxing by the beach. Lotsa walking. He joked at the briefing that if every stop they prefer to stay on the bus, then just buy the vcd on that destination rather than investing so much on the package ! Damn rite !.Gd warning i guess.

Well-done overall& keep it up!
Coming back for more....cheers!

My experience wif dem is BAD. SI took for granted dat bcos he is a celebrity he can make 'comment' jokingly to everybody. During the trip, ive already observed their poor service since day 1, its only the last day dat i felt really really regret goin wif them. When SI asked us how was the whole trip, i said, oh its ok but pity the oldies cos almost all the places visited esp the restaurants nid dem to climb up staircases or hills. I was surprised when he said "if like dat nx time don't go, we will take video of all the places, you buy the video from us and watch it at home". Why did he make such a comment? And even make it as a joke by telling the rest. Isn't he insensitive or just plain arrogant. Till today i can still remember the whole thing. And SI, he is not wat ppl think he is.

I hate their company.. I hate the 2 so-called celebrities..They were very rude to my parents when they followed them in 2007. I'm very sorry for being direct but honestly, their packages are too highly priced.. so called we pay for the Deejay's services.. Thats Crap!!
Alot of my parents friends are backing out from them... There are better agents out there.. Please, if you advertise so much packages with low pricing, don't con your customers.. cause in the end, we have to pay at least S$200 more..I very disgusted with them. As berrynice quoted.. repeat customers who might be looking for better services.. but they simply just can't be bothered. If Berita harian can publish my complain against them... it would be a miracle.. you guys just don't deserve to be a Travel AGent.. stop being RUDE!
berrynice wrote on 23 May 2008
still hv room for further improvements. their networking and services are good but to take more notice of potential repeat customers/travellers who might be 'looking for better services and attention'.
