Bad service from Diners Travel.
Their service is slow and rude. Seems that they are not interested to do any business. I have $6000 voucher to spend but till now have not spend any. Have been liaising with them since Dec 2007 and up till now nothing has been confirmed. Left several message and emails but no reply for a long time. One query normally takes more than 2 weeks to revert. Apparently the travel planner told me that they are very very busy and over loaded!! Turnover rate seems high as over the last 4 months, one travel planner has left and my queries have been passed on to a new girl!
