If you meet those Freelancer from C&E, you will curse and swear. Once you booked with the freelancer, no one in the company can touch that booking if that freelancer is on leave or busy.

My group of eight persons was very happy with the ground travel arranged by Cuntural & Entertainment Holidays to Guangzhou, Shenzen, Hong Kong (Disneyland & Ocean Park), Macau, Zhuhai back to Guangzhou from the 28th of May until the 3rd of June 2008. The services provided by Mr. Patrick Tay and his counterparts in these cities were great! They honoured what were already agreed upon earlier. I honestly would like to book another tour with this excellent travel agent in the near future. Bravo! Mr. Fun of Malacca, Malaysia.
