There is a Company by the same name, Concepts Travel, at Pomo@#02-14 Selegie Road. I was approached regarding a travel package I had purchased more than a year ago. I did not use it much as fares they offered were typically more expensive than online bookings. They contacted me and offered to terminate the package and would pay a settlement of a much larger amount. And said if we did not take the settlement we could continue the membership but they could come after us us for additional maintenance fees. Or we could terminate but before the termination could take place we would need to pay $4,000 to $8,000 fees. Operating manner is quite dubious. Be warned.

My experience with one of your Sales Manager in promoting to join travel membership is not professional. Doubted our combine income of not meeting $5k as the we do not want to join the membership due to financial commitment. And CTS is being awarded Excellence Service Awared with such profession.
Do you mean combine income of $5k or even higher is able or willing to afford extra and/or luxury things and has no commitments. What a service and experience..
