Wah .. so much bad publicity. I am thinking of booking a trip to with Asia-Euro to Korea this Nov. Now I am worried.
Btw, I had booked a holiday with them to HK some two years ago. It was fun, the hotels were great. Everything went smoothly.

Used this tour agency to go to Taiwan with kids and mother in law. Horrible accomodation, horrible tour guide. Had to wait for her to come back when we went to Shilin. We waited for her for 15 minutes. She said she went to look for us. Horrible service told everyone in the family not to book with this agency anymore!

Very slow and inefficient service. Received our vouchers only 2 days before departure. In Gold Coast, the coach was delayed by an hour and no one bothered to inform us.

I had such a unpleasant holiday. I requested for a triple room with the agency, which I think at least to provide a double bed + a single bed OR 3 single beds. But, when my friends and I enter to the hotel room, there are only 2 single beds + a so-called \"sofa bed\". the price for double and triple room is the same, but one of us got to sleep on the sofa for 4 nights??!!
Then, we all the way make the overseas call to the agency...they just on hold and on hold....and tell us the hotel has no other room could fix in 3 of us...we question back then what kind of hotel confirmation they have made for us before our tour? Furthermore, we request to talk to the manager in charge...the manager in charged is really a coward. He asked the staffs give many excuses, within an hour....the staffs told us he is on leave, he is out of office, he is engaged on the line....Finally, we manage to talk to him but the line was cut off due to our IDD call credit finish up. We call back in 10 mins time...the staffs start to give excuse again...saying the manager is on leave, out of office, what a lousy excuse...
In short, this agency is trying to collect the hotel charges for 3 pax but giving the room for 2 pax only. Btw, we are deal with the chinatown point branch.

i am having same problem as "Dino wrote on 24 September 2009" as they r asking me to top up the money due to hotel overbooked. WT*... I checked with them before natas fair, and before payment. Now, they are asking us to add more $. This is ridiculous. going to file a complaint to CASE on this.

This travel agent is a rip off. They would tell the price of the airfare and confirms everything, then when I was about to pay in cash less than 24hours
they tell oh sorry but UA fuel has gone up so you would have to pay almost $400.00 extra. Then gets nasty about it. Shortly after UA informed me of the change of return routing return through Seattle as being changed to Chicago. This means its the lesser cost and Eurotravel was supposed to refund me the difference as it was not my fault or mistake that UA changed the flight return. They lied out flat and said either routing is different it is the same cost and charge. They were surprised UA gave me the actual price and they refused to refund and ignored me completely yet seems defendful. They are of bad service and their communication level is so limited. There are better travel agents out there who are honest and fair.

I also had a very bad experience with Asia Euro. I had booked a holiday to Bali for Aug 2009. A couple of days later, after paying the deposit, we were told to pay an additional $40 per person due to Asia Euro overlook. We had no choice but to pay up.
We then decided to cancel the trip due to the the H1N1 virus. In the itinerary, it is clearly stated that we will get a refund of 50% tour fare. We even talk to the manager but he made it worst by adding many others charges and said that we cannot claim these cost back. In the end we got only 30% refund.
I really do not understand that they have such a big office but such loosy service. Never in my life, am I going to use this agent again.

I bought an air-ticket and ended up ticket it\'s not valid. I had to pay S$450 extra. I couldn\'t get back the money from Asia Euro. The whole incident was so terrific as I was alone. During my booking, the staff made many mistakes. My friend had also bad experience with them when she bought her package tours to Bangkok during Chinese New Year. The staff are very very rude.

Dear Joyce... NATAS Fair is a 3 days event, their staffs must be all very tired after thousands of customers enquiries.. I'm not a staffs of Asia Euro.. but if you would to put yourself in their shoes.. You will understand that there should be plenty of things at the booth to be clear... Please Singaporeans be more understanding.. If you demand service then u also have to consider the feeling of those service personal..

I consider their services as cheating as they have never present what they have promise. I have recently sign up for a 6 days Taiwan tour with them during the Natas fair. On the day of registration on last day of Natas fair, we have finally decided to go on the tour under them. however they do not look too keen on serving us since they have already packed up for the day. Everything was done very briefly with no explanation at all. We were rushed to confirm the details and to make the downpayment immediately. That was a very bad experience. We though everything was already settled and was excited on the trip. However that is not all. when we received the receipt that state the wrong name, we were shocked. The worst part is that the timing for the flight was so far off from the one they have mentioned. It was a 6 days trip and we would only reach the Airport near to midnight on the first day and leave the hotel at lunch time on my last day. Bascially, there is no tours and meals for these 2 days. Our disappointment that the intended 6 days tour seems more like a 4 days tour instead. So that is the reason why it is cheap. If we were to know that, we rather pay for a bit more for a more enjoyable trip.

I booked a 5D4N with them to Hong Kong. I went to the travel fair and found their package to be the cheapest and decided on going with them. turned out later they started adding hidden extra costs and tried twisting their words. then when i reluctantly paid, they still throw my nets card instead of returning it to me nicely. the service is damn lousy. morever, they promised me a first three choices hotel, and cant deliver any of them. then called me when im working, and asked me 'HOW?' instead of being proactive and give me suggestions. not helpful and def do not travel with them.

Hi Kristle, I had the same experience as you but mine was for a 8D package to Hokkaido for this coming Dec. We had paid a deposit during NATAS fair. About 2-3 weeks after that, someone from the agency called and said we had to pay $100 extra per person as their rep had under-quoted us. He also said that the extra was for the peak season charge. What rubbish was this! From the start we had already said we were booking for Dec.
We were very unhappy as the person was least apologetic and kept pushing the blame to the rep who had left the agency. I was asking him if it was fair to us, since it was a mistake they had made. He had 101 excuses and sounded very insincere!! We asked the worst case if we refused to pay for the extra $100 and he replied that then, they would have no choice but to withdraw our registration! It was going to be our honeymoon and they were ruining it already!
We nearly complained to CASE for this. In the end, we chose to withdraw as they claimed for our date, only the 2 of us signed up. Who knows if they had secretly formed a group without us. Besides, initially we had intended to extend for a few days. Who knows if they will put in the cost into the hotels they were supposed to book for us.
I thought I was perhaps the only unlucky soul. I didn't know it happened before.

We were very happy with the 8D7N Hokkaido Icebreaker Tour by Asiaeuro Holidays. The guides, local and Japan were very professional and they went the extra, extra mile. Cheers gals. Keep it up.

I had such an unhappy event with Asia-euro Holidays. They had given me 2 heart attacks. Firstly after my full payment was made, called me up to demand extra $$ as they said they had been a mistake. This is not my fault and i said that i am not going to help by paying up for THEIR mistake. Eventually, i agreed to allow them to change to another airline to help them save a bit of their losses. (next time i will not be too kind hearted.)
Who knows when i reached my destination yesterday noon, i discovered that they had booked another hotel instead! and they got the cheek to say that i requested for the hotel in the first place. By the way, my invoice was stated the hotel that i requested for and they go about pushing that i am the one that requested for the wrong hotel.
The line was cut off and i called them back again and surprisely, the whole office phone no one was answering and the next minute the phone system was off! Just right after our call.
I am so pissed! Are they trying to be funny as in the first place i am not paying the extra for their mistake ?
