Just came back from Bintan Lagoon Resort.The package took up with An An Travel.A nice,clean,safe beach,cheerful staff. We stay seafacing room, was recommended by an an staff. Seafacing room was very clean and nice furnished. The private balcony was lovely. We definitely purchase our next trip by an an travel.

I BELIEVE ALL THOSE GOOD REVIEWS WRITTEN ABOVE ARE BY THE STAFFS/BOSS OF AN-AN TRAVEL! FIRSTLY, THEY DON'T OFFER GOOD SERVICE AT ALL. SECONDLY THE TURN-OVER RATE IS WAY TOO HIGH. I BOOK A TOUR PACKAGE 6 MONTHS AGO, IMAGINE THERE ARE 4 DIFFERENT PPL HANDLING MY TOUR. WHAT MAKES IT WORSE IS NO PEOPLE FOLLOW UP ON MY TOUR PACKAGE TILL I CALL BACK AND REALISE THE PREVIOUS STAFF HAS QUIT! THE MANAGER CUM BOSS HAS REAL LOUSY ATTITUDE AND THREATEN TO SCOLD MY HUSBAND FOUL LANGUAGES IF HE CONTINUES TO COMPLAIN!

people, the reviews here are almost 70% misleading. Can someone with real encounters dared to put up some evidence to justify it. how do i know whether the same person may be using diff name and writing all sorts of nonsensical info(which I don't need).

A rather late review here for a package to Pimalai Resort in Krabi, Ko Lanta from 09-13 Jun 09. Hoever, it is still at the back of our mind to commend Sebestian for his assistance in arranging the wonderful getaway.

Pimalai is a beautiful and serene resort with courteous and very attentive staff. The 5D4N passed in a flash and we are definitely looking forward to go back again sometime soon.

The reservation process with An-An went without a hitch. Will definitely return to book our next vaction.

A group of 4 happily return fm Maldives pre-arrange by Sebastian fm An-An travel. Having to source fm few agency, this guy really noe wat u looking for.. Bcos of peak season, he still manage to get us the air ticket n the resort we wanna stay badly which is Adarran Prestige Vadoo (water villa). The layout n the service over there was fantastic.. They will surprise u with little things that make ur day.. rem to take up the excursion to complete ur whole trip at Maldives..A place u will fall in love with it..how the four of us miss that loving place..

An-An Travel really so nice in service?? I really would like to try for their service, look how really nice. I want to go Bintan for next Weekend. I will go take with the one who name's Sabestian ^_^

We were at Koh Samui in June '09 and stayed at the Ban Sabai Sunset Resort. It is a small, cozy place with a nice relaxing ambiance. The staff were very friendly, patient and accommodating. They gave my wife a surprise for her birthday (with a coconut-laced cake and bouquet) and decorated our room for our anniversary. The resort has different daily activities (from fruit/vegie carving to learning cooking from the chef). The food and service at the restaurant are good. At the fruit/vegie carving session, my wife was interested in the knife that they used. One of staff (Pupae) volunteered to buy for her but she ended up giving 2 knives to us as a gift.
The resort is a bit far from the happening place (e.g. Chaweng) but this could be good for those who prefer the quiet. We managed to compensate that by renting a car and driving around the whole island one day. Trust me, Chaweng area is probably good for one visit but you would not be thrilled to be frequenting that area for numerous nights. The swimming pool is quite cozy with the water tasting like sea water (but not as salty). If you are interested to stay there, do ask for the corner sunset room (it is more spacious than the normal sunset room). Going around in taxi is expensive - that's why we rented a car instead.
Sebastian has been very helpful and patient when he handled our case. He acts fast, knows the business well and does a good job in making recommendations.

Its seem like some same trade people trying to sabo Sabestian.....Poor thing...but dun worry, when people are jealous, they tend to have green eyes. Its normal. Keep up the good work Sabestian.I have not use your service before.But i believe since people can write about you means there are some truth about your services.Will try your company soon.I must say your website is done wonderfully.One of the best I have seen so far among so many agents.

Eventhough there shopping there is expensive, recommand by Sabestian to take a day tour to Tanjong Pinang. The drive cum our tour guide is very knowlageable.. enjoy our tour at tanjong pinang as the tour guided bring us to a few nice places.sabestian even tell me that the food there is expensive but the view is very nice. my family n i was very happy with the service give by ANAN travel.HOpe To booked with them for our next trip...

The level of customer service from them was very high, especially coming from Sebastian. His knowledge about Phuket was extensive which prove a great help in our decision making for our accomodation plus our flight requests and in clarifying our queries. Personally i feel that their service has been the best that I have experienced. Polite, friendly that surpassed expectations! Just came back from Bali and was quite happy with the hotel etcs from such a small scale agency with a competitive price. Overall thumb up for them . would like to forewarn 1st time traveller to Bali to take extra care when doing currency exchange as i was the victim especially those with higher exchange rate displayed at the roadside, was being short changed. his trick was that he will confuse you with the notes counting and distract by asking whether you have any loose before he do it, even though we have counted. this retail shop so called money exchanger is across the street from Bali Dynasty hotel (at the left hand side nearest one coming out from hotel).

Just come back from Bintan. Enjoy our trip very much. Book from this girl name Jovyna, very nice and polite lady with a pleasant personality. Will go back to her for my next trip to Australia as they seem to have very comprehensive Aussie packages as I have seen in their website.

Just return from Huahin. Confuse over where to go so was recommneded by this guy Sabestian to Huahin as I have been to most of the nearby beach resort.Booked at Evason initially but was fully book and finally was confirm at Aleenta. Very cozy place with a peaceful surrounding. The resort is very nicely decorated with a Greek look with all whitish background. Very unique and exotic. Beach is clean and just outside my villa. Check with reception when is Evason and they say only 5 mins away by car and was even offered by them to sent me there to see if I am keen. So i took up the offer. Arrive there and realise that Evason is a very big property, the land area could easily as big as 3 times of Aleenta. Rooms are very natural as they are using woody material and the pool villa is fabulous. Got a great pool and a very friendly group of staff as I was greeted everywhere I go. Will definitely come back to An An as their recommendation seems to be very good and have a touch of quality.

Just came back from our Aussie holidays. Book a 6D tour to Sydney.I can say I am very satisfied with everything.Especially the driver cum guide comentary is fantastic.Tip top service. Never book from small agent before, normally book thru Chan Brothers or SA Tours for most of my trip. Went to Melbourne last year with Chan Brothers and my USA trip with SA Tours. All give me big headache with either terrible guide who only want to bring you go shopping and earn their commissions. Come back complain, take donkey years to resolve. I am suprise small agency like this can do much more better and personalise service than the big ones. Keep it up Anan....will come back to you with our next trip.

Recently bought 2 packages from them. One is to Australia and the other one is a weekend getaway to Pimalai. I can say though this is my first time using their service.I will come back to them again. Very professional and clear cut services.Unlike some agent telling you one thing and going to the other side is different things. Especially the Australia tour that we took. Very satisfied,superb service by local guide and no hiccups. Pimalai, is a heaven on earth. I fall in love with that place, very beautiful setting and beach. Strongly recommend those who want as romantic getaway.I realise they are very specialise in all these resorts thing. bye bye...!!!!

I told up a package with An An Travel last year December.It was my first time to Maldives and we really enjoy the place. Infact, we have been going around so many companies in People's Park and China Town Point looking for Maldives packages so some times. But almost all our effot do not seem to be fruitful as all of them have no knowledges of that place and cannot explain when I question them about details.Till I went to An An Travel and spoke to this guy name Sabestian. He is amazing, his level of service and his knowledge about Maldives is second to none from what I see.Before that we only always thought of a choice between Baros,FullMoon and Kuramathi Resorts as this is the case of all the agents that we went in and these are the suggested resort. But this guy beside having this resort, he have so many resorts and photos of them plus his explanation on what we can do gave us great confidence and beyond a shadow of doubt whether are we looking at the right place to go. Finally we sign up the packages of 4 nights to Irufushi and had a wonderful holiday and we will definitely purchase our next trip from him because og his great service and patience in explaining the details to us.
