AD travel is the WORST agency I ever encounter. No proper procedures on refunds, no response thru emails. I was told that airfare refund was approved yet no calls from them after 4 mths. Called to check on status but was told that they will call me instead. How long do I have to wait!! It\'s been 4 months!!

I have also been played by ad travel by their agent called chee voon they promised to give me a referral fee but to my dismay it was less then the amount promised and also it would not be cash only if i have another booking with them then i could take and use it come on we all do this for a living but these people always play people out they should be closed down and not let to open again especially the agent CHEE VOON.........

AD Travel promise to refund the amount that we have paid for my honeymoon trip after the so tour has been cancelled.
I have written the previous comment on 28 October 2010, it took them up to 4mths to refund the amount to me!!!
I was simple amazed with their process?
I'm very doubtful of the positive reviews left by users which it seems like it was deliberately left on the forum by staffs of AD Travel.
Anyway, I will leave it to users to judge the travel agency based on the "Positive Experience" that I have encountered with AD.

Just came back from a 7 day Taiwan trip with AD Travel. I have to say, the 5 of us were very pleased. The itinerary was very well-paced ( important! ), hotels were good ( as promised ), tour guide and bus driver were both very knowledgeable and professional and the tour leader Jamie from AD Travel was very friendly and helpful!! From the time of booking until we were back in Singapore, AD Travel has been absolutely professional! I'm definitely recommending them to friends :)

I went for Japan trip (osaka & tokyo) by AD travel in Jun 2010 with my family. The tour guide is good.... enjoy the trip very much!

The travel agent sucks to the max!!!
I was suppose to book a Hokkiado Trip during December as a honeymoon trip for my wife and me.
We are looking so forward to the trip....
I called them weeks ago to confirm the tour, they promised to get back to me but failed to do so.
I have to call them several times before they get back to me and told me that the tour have insufficient members and have to be canceled!
They suggest to transfer us to another travel agency which offer the same package but we have to topup additional $1K!
If they were to get back to us a few weeks ago, at least I can make it for the Natas Fair in October!!!
Was terribly disappointed with their services.
Please do not join any package by this tour agency to avoid disappointment

terriable travel agents - not honest or ethicals...confirm one hotel book another.... make sure your booking is what has been described....ONCE they Have your MONEY - they dont know you.
