Very bad service! Dishonest and unprofessional. Enough said.

Many years ago, we took a trip to Genting Highlands. The behaviour of the driver was intolerable. He told us very rudely that we cant eat in the bus (we did not and had no intention to anyway) and was behaving insolently throughout the whole journey. Worst was we had him for the return trip. There was one old lady who brought an ice-cream onto the bus. He shouted at her, challenged her to a fight after an exchange (ridiculous isn't it!!) and refused to
start the bus until 20 minutes later. The old lady was alone as she left Genting before her friend. I related this to 707 management and they defended the driver vigorously, not a tinge of regret for the lousy service.

My parents and i took the night coach to Cameron Highland and the coach we took was a damn old one, whereby the leg rest under the seat which my parents were seating on were spoilt. Can you imagine a 6-7hrs night to day ride from SG to M'sia without a leg rest for my parents to rest on. Its so uncomfortable!!
